I am not happy at all, I have purchased TT and Motor home elsewhere and cannot compare at all with the attention at Camping World Albuquerque. Out of respect I will not put down names here. I will start from when we saw this great deal of a price for the Fifth Wheel here, requesting on line was great, after that all down hill, I was introduced the the best sales person there, well he took me to see the RV and seemed in a little hurry to get back to the office with only 5 min of initially viewing the unit, a while latter they brought it out to front and opened it up and let us look at it more. After asking a few questions he mention: What you see is what you get!! Its a used unit, He was pretty rude in the way he said it but of course I know its used, going back to other dealers they would say at least we will fix that for you, Not Camping World, You get what you see, Right??? Wrong again!!! All the liitle details such as area carpets, out side skirts for the RV and even a little coffee table that is part of what we see we get was all gone on the day for pick up, when I asked during the walk through all they brought back were just a few of the skirts, all rest gone as everything else, no where to be found, it took so long to get the RV that it got dark and supposedly they were to help you hook up for the first time and ensure all is good, Nope!!! No one ever came, Thankfully I have years of RV experience and I did everything on my own. No courtesy phone calls ever, no follow up calls either, in general they treat you if like they are doing you a favor!!!! I spoke with the sales manager a few days latter and brought to his attn. very nice guy and he said that anything that does not pertain to the RV itself is removed, I mentioned that they should do that before showing and not after, my wife liked the area carpets and coffee table and I like the skirting that covers the surounding bottom of the RV when parked, no all gone and nothing say as a perk to nake you feel they tried to make it right, that being said when I purchased a previous dealer they provide you a starter kit meaning sewer hose, water hose, filters and few other things say nice little perks, Camping World did not even wash it for us, Bottom line the only reason I stuck it out is because the RV was such a great deal and very well taken care of from previous owners is the only reason I did not walk away ! I will never go back to that particular dealer. They dont treat you as a welcomed customer other than you are inconveniencing them Show less

I needed my awning repaired for a Cougar MKX 333 so I took it to Camping World in Albuquerque, NM. It was in insurance claim so I talked to Marcus in service. He told me material was on back order for at least three months so I went home with my camper. After months of waiting I got the call that awning supplies we in stock now. Left my camper at their service line and Marcus told me it be about three days to have RV ready, that was over a month ago. Now everybody at that department is on vacation, so my RV has to wait till next week. We have missed two camping trips and a three day outing this week. This a formal complaint on this page because their website will not even recognize a customer service dept. November 13, 2021 Ventura Salas Show less

If I could have given zero stars.. I do not want these people in or around my property. Let me start by saying nice things. They are incompetent. I have been dealing with a well known issue with Dometic Furnace sale switch. A large recall and redesign of the switch has been ongoing in 2020. Mine is one of the defective and should have been replaced on the spot. CWAlb has looked at it twice, says its bad, has made no attempt to fix it despite being at there facility for 6 weeks. Service people will lecture about the "policies", hide behind them as justification for not addressing your safety comfort. There are MANY issues here but I am so done. Albuquerque has a large RV community and many RV options. You and I deserve better Show less
