We took our KZ Durango Gold fifth wheel in for warranty items to be completed on July 21, 2022. No work was completed only pictures taken with a promise of an appointment ASAP. A month later my husband was working in the area and stopped by to check status of an appointment to have warranty items done to be told they were waiting on the VIN number. When asked why they had not contacted us to obtain the VIN number no one knew the answer. After months and many E-mails and phone calls we still did not have an appointment to complete warranty items. Most of the time they would not return our calls or E-mails, when they did all they did was make excuses and blame KZ for the hold up when this was not true. In November 2022 we requested that Camping World refund the $79.50 we paid them for accomplishing absolutely nothing. It is January 2023 and we still have not received the refund. In November 2022 we contacted Bankston Motor Homes of Attalla Alabama, the warranty work has already been completed, we have not been charged at all, everything was covered under warranty, we would highly recommend them!
