We bought our RV in 2019 and the experience was great. We decided to sell it via consignment and made the mistake of going to RV One. We needed to get a refund for our Gap and other warranties once it sold and Camping World of Concord as the most amazing customer service. I explained we were unable to get paperwork from RV One and Kathrine went above and beyond and said she would reach out to them in order to get the information she needed. We are getting a refund from them and they have better customer service than the company we consigned our RV with. GO WITH CAMPING WORLD! Your experience will be so much better! Just wish we would have gone with them to sell it! Katherine has been incredible and can't tell you how much it is appreciated as in this day in age you don't see this kind of customer appreciation. I took nine months to write this review. We bought a camper from Camping World Concord during Thanksgiving 2022. The camper was a showroom piece, and there was minor wear and tear, they promised to make it brand new. Any idea when we received it? By April of 2023. The problem is not the price or date. My experience so far: No coordination: They absolutely do not have any coordination between their departments. Everybody was given a task and thats it, no one cares about if the "job" is "complete" and the customer is satisfied. Frustrating Communication: They will not keep you informed, if you call and drop a message, no one will call you back. You have no idea when you are going to get back your camper because no one knows what is going on. Furthermore, during 1st week of august, noticed that the bolt of the slide-out pully came out. I called them and requested that I have 1 week before a major camping trip, and they replied that they are busy & can take it after 10 days (understood, I cannot expect emergency repair). After 10 days I dropped it, and the service told me that they will take a few weeks to fix it. Remember, it's just 2 broken bolts. After a week, as usual, I did not receive any response, no calls. After 2/3 messages, I finally got hold of the service lady, and she said they have to order the complete pully system to get the bolt fix and they don't know when the parts will arrive. After 3 more weeks: I had another weekend camping trip coming up, as it was my son's birthday and by that time I was a very frustrated camping world customer. I called the service person and picked up my camper and fixed the issue on the same day by another RV repair mobile service. Another frustration: While picking it up, noticed that my newly upgraded battery cover with a battery monitor is not there when asked, the service lady brought the technician, and he shook my hand and casually said: "it was there when I left it!!!" After wasting 1 hour, when I was about to leave, a driver found it and handed me over the cover. How unprofessional?!! It could have happened to any other parts, maybe $200 battery too..the response would have "well, it was there when I left the job" Since we bought it, in the last 10 months, the camper was at their service center for about 4 months! Another big mistake I made, I bought the good sam extended warranty, and as I got a clear idea of their fixing cycle, for a single bolt, they may ask me to wait for 2-3 months. I requested to cancel my extended warranty, but as usual, no response has yet. ​Stay away from the camping world, they just cannot handle these many customers, or probably they don't want/don't care.​ Show less

This dealership is horrible and do not take care of their customers. I bought a 2020 toy hauler from this location in Fort Myers and it has been in the shop since March I’ve used it three times. As a customer I feel this is ridiculous and they should take care of me in a timely manner. I bought this camper in February and they have not sold the issues on this unit yet. Show less
