Bought $250k RV on 7/3/2022 and before leaving had a generator issue. Then 5 days after having it massive electrical problem on slide. Then 7 days after that another issue same area. Completely stranded. Contacted the dealership and today 8/1/2022 still no answers. RV has been there since 7/15/2022. Since dropping it off we have called numerous times and no one has contacted me. Every time I contact them no one seems to know anything. Then GM calls and says we should take it back to where we bought it from in NC completely has no idea why his team told him To call as we bought it from him. He basically has no idea what’s going on in his dealership. This place is a joke and has no idea what is going on. Only cares about $$$. Since this is a 100% chargeback to the dealership since it is with in the first 30 days per the manufacturer. This seems like we need to get an attorney because at this point we are getting no where and it looks like legal action will be the way to go. This place needs so serious leadership and help. Do not buy from here at all if you intend on having assistance with your purchase after the sale. Show less
