I am a winter Texan, I have recently returned to Monticello Mn. I needed propane to run my furnace. I went to Camper World in Monticello Minnesota because it is in the area I will spend the summer. I know the current price for propane is.94 cents a gallon. I needed 14.3 gallons to fill my tanks. I was charged over $58. Do the math. I realize businesses must make a profit but the Camper World price is unscrupulous. I usually buy propane at the rental center in Monticello. There price is in line with current market prices. We made a deal prior to dealership seeing our trade. Then they would not accept our trade. One issue was that the roof had some hail dents and we were told they never accept trades or sell travel trailers with hail damage. It was raining when we picked up our purchase. My husband did not crawl up on the roof to check it. Did a walk thru with a service guy. He assured us everything was perfect. It was not hooked up to water so we could not check that. It was dark, lighting not good inside. When we got home" checked it out further. Hail dents on roof, toilet will not function/hold water and leaks, tv remote will not work-broken wires in back of tv, water heater anoid rod issue-water stinks, mouse crap throughout-very dirty. Trey, assist. will not respond to my issues. Their policy is to charge purchasing customer $795 to be assured all in the used trailer is perfect. Never trust this dealership! Show less

Would never buy from them again, worst people to deal with. Would give them all zeros. Shop around do not fall for any of there changing numbers to make it work, they will lie to you to make a sale. Show less
