Be aware!!! Don’t buy from Camping World!!! We bought a Mallard M260, 33’ travel trailer from Camping World in June of 2022. In August of 2023, the first time getting it ready to take out for the season, I noticed almost the entire external storage area had mold. (a couple weeks later we also noticed the windows in the popout were leaking really bad when it rained. I also noticed I could see daylight near the floor on one side of the popout.) I called Camping World to tell them about the mold issues, the service representative said, your warranty ended two months ago, that we should make an appointment for a leak test. We brought it in, they did the leak test and found that every seal around every vent and other structures on the roof except for the seal around the air conditioner had leaks. They also found leaks everywhere on the sides, front and back of our brand new trailer. It was going to cost $1,100 to clean and reseal the roof and $2,000 to clean and reseal the sides, front and back of our trailer. We were told the mfg warranty for this was 90 days. 90 days, what does that say about the confidence this mfg has in their own product? We purchased an extended warranty, but were told this warranty did not cover these issues. There are several bad reviews online regarding these issues for this mfg, Camping World still sells these trailers knowing how shoddy these trailers are made. In my opinion based on this information, Camping World should have stepped in and incurred this cost and repaired our trailer at little to no cost us. The mfg did honor part of the warranty and incurred the cost of repairing windows in the popout and the seal for the popout where I could see daylight. My husband cleaned and resealed all the areas that had leaks for significantly less then the quoted price from Camping World. Food for thought, before you buy a brand new travel trailer, ask questions about the warranty on all equipment and seals. Know that you can do most repairs on your own and not get gouged by the service department.

Very bad warranty service! Very few returned phone calls. Been waiting on a part for 3 months now that was suppose to have been fixed twice while it sat in there back lot for months on end. They did not fix things correctly, half-assed them at best. Still waiting on the GM to call us back because a motor was to be ordered, yah, the same one as above, and he was going to have a guy come out here and have it installed! Curious as to why the GM has no voice mail? No, would never buy from this Meridian I'd dealership again . Period
