BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM Camping World. OR A Forest River product. We bought in February 2022 a brand new camper and it has been at warranty in and out the whole time. The first week we had it my husband found it was holding water with mold(pics for reference). We called asking to do a VIN swap for identical camper and was told a cold NO from corporate and dealership which we know IS possible. We knew it was a lemon to begin with. Second issue, it started taking in water around interior front door and through the electrical outlets. We contacted the new GM from the Camping World and was promised that they would make it right. He asked for us to bring in the camper for an inspection to send to Forest River. And can you believe they turned in on us saying it’s our fault for not keeping up with maientance and all they are willing to do is pay for parts. The piece of junk has been in their possession since day one for repairs and they are telling us it’s our fault. And for the interior roof leak it was there in June. They threw some caulk in there and said it was fixed. Now the whole roof needs replaced.AND ITS OUR FAULT!!!! ARE YOU FREAKIN’ KIDDING ME!!!!! I have never been treated so horribly my whole life from a company. Now the GM Zack(Louisville) is not returning our calls. They didn’t even include the water in outlets or the original mold claim in the inspection report to Forest River. These people are scam artists and all they care about is money. We are in the process of meeting with a attorney this week and making signs to protest in from of dealership. We are a middle class family that saved up to buy our first camper with our three kids with hopes of making memories, now we are sick to our stomach. Please share and get the word out about these heartless crooks! Don’t be a victim like us!!!

Upon purchasing the travel trailer this dealership knew we would be arriving Tuesday at 12PM to do a walk through of the unit, it was around 2PM before we finally got to look at the trailer, noticed right away one of the refrigerators has two dents in the door, they said they would replace it, even though we were paying cash for the unit we had to wait another hour for the finance department to do the paperwork. We ask when we could expect delivery and we were told that it would be delivered Thursday (2 days after we purchased), made preparations with the RV Park for a lot, contacted the dealership for an ETA and was informed that they wouldn’t be delivering it that day because they didn’t schedule a delivery, we hired our own delivery company to get the unit for us, after he left the dealership with unit in tow we received a text from dealership saying their delivery company was on the way and they was waiting on an ETA I informed them that the delivery company was one we hired. After we got the unit to the RV Park the toilet was constantly running water, had to pay for it to get fixed, one of the awnings would not extract out and a major item was a big hole had been cut out underneath the unit and they have yet not explain who or why this was done, the commode has had a box cutter took to it, also box cutter marks on back of booth seat and on table next to sofa. Very poor workmanship in this unit. Not a happy camper. The Knoxville dealership told us that they turned our problems over to the dealership in London Ky., almost four months later and we still don’t have any of the issues addressed much less fixed. Also contacted Keystone Manufacturer with no hope from them to fix said issues.
