Save yourself the headache and money and use anyone other than Camping World Idaho Falls. I was lied to on multiple accounts and charge ($625.50) for services I asked not to be done. The system they have set up between the service center and the actual shop is trash. It’s a lot like pulling teeth most days when you call and try to get information on your camper that was supposed to be ready over month ago. The email to Marcus (VIP) is a joke and they will NOT read your email thoroughly. They will act like their store has already done you a service by “compensating” the overcharge($625.50) and nothing for all of the other lies and time you have waisted on this place. 10/10 would not recommend.
