When we purchased our RV it went fairly well. Something strange though most of the sales staff were replaced shortly after we purchased our RV including our sales rep. Our experience with their service department was terrible. We had some damage to our RV and wanted them to do the repairs. We placed many calls with no call back. I finally went to the dealership and asked for assistance and they said I could come back in two weeks for them to look at it. When I did they had me waiting. When a saw that they were done and I was still waiting I eventually had to ask for my estimate and was told sorry they were helping a walk in customer. I had made an appointment two weeks prior and they took a walk in to help in the middle. When the did give me something it said nothing and I was told it would take another two weeks to complete the estimate. Our insurance company finally received the estimate and tried to contact them because they didn't agree with the upcharge Camping World wanted for parts they are still waiting for a response. At this point I have lost my patience and we will be using a different company. Camping World is not customer friendly and there products in their store are way overpriced.
