Prepare to be dealt with like you are at "Earl's Used Car Emporium".
You will be promised the world and you will likely expire before delivery of those promises.
There will be talk of Factory Warranty and Extended Warranty.... out the wazoo. Don't hold your breath. Yes, there is a stand up card display on the counter showing Marcus ( the billionaire owner ) with his phone # to guarantee your satisfaction... just remember that you are dealing with "Earl's".
Don't expect them to send a tech to you.
You will have to return the unit to them and wait... sometimes months.
Don't expect that parts ordered for your repair will ever show up.
You might expect that spending $49-59k on a camper would come with some respect, quality and proper responses.
Now, in saying that, I cannot guarantee that any other mega dealer will be any better. We see so many horror stories with similar issues.
