Motorhome dropped off for a 2nd service appt on June 22, 2023 because the wrong parts were sent from the factory on the initial service appt. Was told it would be ready within the week. Was finally told it would be ready for pickup JULY 24th... Received a call en-route to the dealership to pick up the coach informing me that the catalytic converter had been stolen off my motorhome back on JUNE 26th... AND, it had not been repaired! So this dealership had my coach for a month AFTER the theft incident and did not call or email to inform me of the situation. We have plans to use the RV this weekend, and had to drive the coach over 60 miles to a shop who could work on a 34' Class A this week. To top it all off, they are NOT paying to repair the motorhome that was in their care, custody and control at the time of the theft. The repair cost is just under $4,400. Show less
