I really wanted to leave a good review of this business, but after what I've gone through over the past nine months I find I cannot. I recommend you avoid servicing your RV at this location.
I was involved in a traffic accident and fortunately almost all the damage was to the Winnebago portion of my Class C motorcoach. My passenger side front storage bin and rear wheel arch were destroyed. I was concerned about the ability of an RV dealership to properly paint the new parts to match, but that turned into the least of my issues. The paint and mechanical repair were well done.
However, while my RV was in this dealership's hands, one of their technicians removed parts from my Norcold refrigerator, apparently to fix someone else's RV. I discovered this after picking up the RV, still unrepaired (it was still drivable) to use at a weekend event in late June. I was told the technician was fired on the spot and that they would fix the situation. I offered to install a new board to replace the stolen controller board if they could overnight me the part. They did. I managed to install the new controller board, but found two cables missing still, the AC cord, and the cable to control the gas valve. After some investigation they found the AC cord but couldn't find the gas valve cable, and Norcold wouldn't sell them one! To their credit, they eventually purchased a new refrigerator and replaced the entire appliance. Sadly, the service manager who had the integrity to replace the damaged appliance resigned from the company just after doing that! I'm not sure why.
The body work took a few months to obtain the parts and get the work done. However the rear wheel needed to be replaced and they kept telling me they couldn't get a delivery date from Winnebago. After my own investigation, I found the Alcoa part number on the wheel and located one through Amazon.com. I asked them to get it there, but they refused. So, I ordered it myself and took the original wheel off to get the tire swapped to the new wheel.
In end I did get the RV back in shape, but my insurance had paid this shop for the new wheel and labor to move the tire over and balance it. Additionally, they were paid for a table that got crushed in the storage bin, that I had replaced myself. After tallying up what refund they owed me, and allowing for my deductible, I explained the amount the owed me. After two months, they sent me a check for about $35 less than enumerated. I asked them to refund me the full amount owed, and I was told that's what they figured, then ignored any more communication from me.
So, in the end, they took a long time to fix my RV, stole parts off my RV while in their care, took no effort to source the wheel, ignored my suggestion they get the wheel from the source I found, and then fell short by $35 of refunding to me money they didn't earn.
What a fiasco! While having enough integrity to replace my butchered refrigerator, they end this nine month nightmare by shorting me just $35.
I do suggest you not do business with this company.
