We’ve been in our new 5th wheel one week today and I just had to write a review to talk about the great experience we had with Campers Inn of Ocala. We didn’t want to be looking for a new rig, but Hurricane Ian totaled our four-year old 5th wheel and our car, so we had no choice. Our salesman at Campers Inn of Ocala was Allen Rusby. He was awesome for so many reasons. Low pressure yet answered all of our questions - or got the answers for us. Supplied us with his cell number so we could contact him as we considered a purchase. The dealership was fair in negotiations, and when a price had been agreed upon, it stood by that price even after it realized that a miscommunication meant it would lose a bit of money (instead of renegotiating the price with us). Impressive! What a breath of fresh air in today’s world! Everything was in top notch order when we did our walk-through before delivery. The gentleman who accompanied us went over everything in the rig, answered our questions, and gave us some helpful pointers and suggestions as well. And, Campers Inn had our rig delivered to us since we had just lost ours in the hurricane! We really appreciated this! Rick, the driver, was fabulous getting it right where we wanted and helping us set it up. One more thing. This unit was spotless on arrival!! I wiped out every single drawer and cabinet, and they were totally clean - no dirt on my cloth! I was amazed. Just goes to show you how much Campers Inn cares about its product and its customers. We’ve been proudly telling all of our friends where we purchased our beautiful new 5th wheel and how happy we are/were with Campers Inn of Ocala. Give them a try if you can and ask for Allen Rusby. I was lured to this dealership by sleazy salesperson Juan Crespo, who straight lied to my face and promised me a Veterans discount (I really ought to report him to the VA affairs department), it turned out it was a in-house finance discount. I complained about it at closing and they gave me an extra $500 to make up for it. Then come delivery time, I called and called and texted Juan multiple times. Ended up having to call the main office, they had him call me. Received my RV yesterday. Dirty inside, with scoff marks, like they continued to use my RV as a sales model or something and didn't bother to clean it before delivery. One the electrical outlets was loose when we bought it, I showed it to Juan he said it would be fixed before delivery. That never happened. Now is just hanging all the way out, exposed. We bought a new 2022 Reflections by Grand Design. The whole process was great. They gave us a good value on the trade in of our old fifth wheel. They did a tour and explained everything about our new fifth wheel. Everyone was polite and well educated on their part of the sale. We have only had it a week, but my husband has read the manuals, studied the amenities and is still very impressed. we don't really know about how service will go since we haven't needed any, but I am hoping for the best. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for sales. It was a lucky day for us when we went to Camper’s Inn of Ocala and were fortunate enough to get Frank Medina as our salesman. We were particularly impressed with the high level of knowledge he had of the campers he was selling. He listened carefully to what we wanted and did not exert undo pressure that I always find unwelcome. He was conscientious about answering all the questions we had. We took a trip last week with our new Grand Design Imagine camper and enjoyed every minute of it. PS It was hard to rate service, parts, and dealership warranty because we have not yet had experience in those areas. Show less

Stay far away from this dealer! I bought an RV from them the end of last year and it has been a nightmare since I left their lot. They charge $1,590 for a "piece of mind promise". They say in the promise that the gas tank and propane will be full, that everything has been tested and works and I don't have to worry about anything. After pickup (oh, without any type of walk around/instruction on how to use it) and driving home I noticed less than 1/2 tank of fuel and propane. I stopped for gas and noticed the generator was running. I shut it off and the entire RV went dark. No power to anything. I got home and after several hours of trouble shooting found the following: 1. Battery terminals had no nuts on them, the inverter was bad, the house power manager (B.I.R.D.) was bad, no sewer hose. After 2 weeks the slide stopped working and had to replace all its hardware. The purchase included them installing a new awning. 6 days after they installed it, luckily while parked, it fell off the RV. Yes, just fell off! Thank god it didn't happen driving down the road. The 18 foot long awning would have killed someone and probably totalled the RV. I made an appointment for repairs 3 weeks out and the day before they cancelled. As of today I have repaired all of the above items, with no help from Campers Inn. If you know what is good for you stay clear of this dealer. Show less

We just purchased a 2015 Starcraft 265RLS from Campers Inn in Ocala, Florida. There was a problem with soft spots in the roof. We were disappointed at first. But they called us and said that they would install a new roof. They also discounted the camper and installed a new awning. They also gave us a gift certificate to their store. George the salesman made things right. The people that work in the service dept, Jeff, Tina and Dave made sure that everything was in working order and they also installed my sway bars on my trailer. I would recommend Campers Inn and would do business with them again. Show less

We purchased the Grand Design 3170BH. I can tell you that the deal, was to the credit of Frank our salesman. He did an awesome job to help us , but not crowd us during our visit. he stayed on top of every detail, and was like dealing with a family member. We took delivery of our unit , and Dave ,Tom and Tina, and Tracy in parts made our delivery painless. We had some small issues , and had to bring the unit back for service ,but they handled every issue, and did not delay. We were in , and out with all repairs done within an hour.
