I left one star with this organization and I was hard pressed to do that. Please use extreme caution if you decide to purchase a RV at any of their locations. I have been pursuing this company and its owner since shortly after I purchased the RV back in July, of 2020. Several well documented items were agreed upon prior to signing the sales agreement. They now completely ignore any type of correspondence I make. Their mentality is to step on the little guy and hope to ride out any prior agreements made. They will fault the buyer and side with management, even if you have all the documentation that proves an agreement was made. Their service department is a total joke and very unreliable. Have an attorney with you when you negotiate a purchase for an RV from start to finish. Make sure you fully understand the P.O.M. PDI, LP, Battery, Walk, Clean fee they charge, it is very deceptive. I am sure the corporate office has an army of attorney's on retainer, so they will just ride out any complaint. Yes, I had a bad experience as a consumer, I don't want to see this happen to other folks who make such a large investment. I have had several issues with the unit we purchased from them, please have an outside professional inspect the RV before any agreement is signed.

Worst Rv service in my 30 years of Rv -ing. Had a technician come who looked for a Rv leak in the area I had already prepped for him. He told me what I already knew and charged me $30.00 for a service charge. A few days later I was called by service saying I owed them $125.00 more for a diagnostic fee for 5 minutes work. There was no work order or I was not told when I paid the technician that there was a further charge. Very unprofessional group of people who prey on senior citizens. We are both retired military who served in the land of the brave only to get screwed in the land of the free.

I was extremely satisfied with my buying experience at Campers Inn RV in Myrtle Beach, SC! From the sales, working with Stan, to the delivery of my Imagine XLS 21BHE the experience was awesome. Mark did the final walk through, thoroughly explaining everything I needed to know and then some! Even going above and beyond when we discovered they forgot to give me the keys, Mark delivered them personally to my location! This was my 3rd buying experience, and by far the best! I even had a Jayco trade and the trade offer was fair and quick. I would highly recommend dealing with them, and highly recommend working with Stan as well! Thank You Campers Inn RV in Myrtle Beach, SC!

Do Not Buy Here. They are high volume poor customer service. I bought a new 2021 Forest River camper September 10 2020. I found while setting up for a trip to Cape Hatteras that the window over the sink and stove leaked bad. Water ran down the wall and into my forward storage compartment. The awning leaked right onto the door handle and key. The corner drains from the gutters were installed wrong and allowed water to run down the sides leaving Mark's. Of course I called for a service appointment under full warranty. October 9th I finally dropped it off. Not a call back for weeks, I called and was told they were waiting for the factory to authorize repairs. I called the factory "Forest River" and was told they just got the request and it wasn't clear what they wanted. Forest River assured me they would expedite my parts. So here we are Black Friday November 27 2020. I heard it is almost done. After chasing Nelson their story teller, supposedly customer service, and hoping it is okay. I have no confidence in them. Wish I could get my money back and buy a good used trailer like we always did. My wife and I are retired and figured a new trailer would be problem free. Be careful check your new trailer over good, no 2nd chance. Once you sign off and drive away they suck in my experience.
