Avoid this location at all cost when it comes to the Service Department. Complete lack of respect to any RV owner. I had purchased a 2019 Thor Motorhome and had a great experience working with “Captain Kirk” in sales. However, was forced to return multiple times while living full time in our RV due to poor communication from the Service department and lack of any concern to appointments schedule, our time, parts commitment, nor the decency of completing what they promise. From the GM to the Regional representative… Campers Inn does not follow the promise as advertised. Our RV was promised to have been inspected thoroughly for a no worry process but leaked the first night we parked it in our driveway with light rain out. Bed hasn’t worked for tilt adjustment from day one, promised alignment to be completed but service continues to say they don’t do alignments (which we are aware) but has no intention to schedule as promised at proper facility. Received a bed motor in the mail that doesn’t work because it was bought on EBay rather than using a new motor since the original was no longer available (parts manufacture out of business) 18” components motors are readily available new. So, not to continue the details we are joining others with a class action lawsuit against Campers Inn in Mocksville. Hope this saves the next owner of an RV or Camper.

We showed up Wednesday before Thanksgiving looking for a Class C. Were running early for our camping trip at Sycamore Lodge. We meet Randy and he showed us a coach we like. He and Troy the business manager ran the numbers and it just didn't work out. We said we also were interested in 5th wheels that meet our criteria. We were referred to a Keystone Crossroads Cruiser Aire. As soon as my wife Kelsey and Daughter Kori walked In they were in love. Randy had Troy numbers and also got with service to check on parts and availability for hitch install. We had to work through the Financing with Troy but with his due diligence we were able to get it worked out and were approved. Nicole the service manager was able to get us scheduled for Black Friday morning. We left to continue on our trip. We showed up Friday morning and they installed hitch. We took care of financing paperwork. Then we had a through walk through with Hunter to learn about out 5th Wheel. We were so exited. We hitched up around 5pm after offloading our belongings. Unfortunely there were no trailer brakes. Jay tried to trouble shoot it for 2 hours after closing but no luck. We were downtrodden and didn't know what to do we were 4 hours from home camping with no camper. Joy set us up in the lot with water and power so we spent the night at the dealership in the 5th wheel and used the time to organize and unpack. The location was very safe as we had 3 nice patrol deputies showed up as they were called by the owner due to motion detector going off. The deputies unstood what was going on a day gave me the phone number to Todd the GM a day said to call him. I did and he was very nice and apologized for our problems. Saturday morning Tech Jim Bob and another feller I didn't catch the name worked diligently to fix the effects and find the root cause. Long story short a short In the brake wire had caused lockup and burnt all 4 brakes and breakaway Controller to a crisp. This was no fault of the dealership 100% manufacture and delivery issue. The techs worked straight through lunch. Nicole found the parts and at around 3pm with hitched up a to our new RV with a fully rebuilt brake system. Every person we came in contact with talked honestly with us and bent over backwards to take care of use. Words can't not describe the thanks I have for these people for doing everything possible to take care of us and make things right. You have a customer for life.

Carolann from parts took the time to review our needs and make a series of recommendations for accessories needed and/or recommended for the new Tracer Breeze Camper 24RKS. Her technical expertise and customer service skills are commendable and considered "Second to None". She made this shopping experience enjoyable and even took the time to personally install a bug screen. Although this was a minor item considering the overall selection of items purchased; Carolann took time to install the bug screen herself. Now, this is real Customer Service at its BEST! All items purchased were discounted and this dealership would be recommended and utilized for further purchase of parts and for service. Our Demo & Tech, Adam was exceptional. Not only did Adam take the time to review each and "EVERY" aspect of the Travel Camper, but he also took the time to respond to each question no matter how simple or complexed it was. Adam's technical expertise and customer service skills should be commended. His technical expertise and personal hands-on approach enhanced the prompt installation of a camera and vent covers in the time it took to have a quick snack which had been provided by the dealership. These two employees are a credit to the dealership and clearly, reflects their commitment to what Customer Service is all about. If you are in the market for an RV or Camper, request Carolann for your parts & accessory needs and Adam for Demo and for all accessory installations and/or repairs as they are truly the very BEST! Last but NOT least and equally as important is Ross Bielenberg (RV Match Maker/Sales) who has the patience of Jobe. Ross spent long hours during and after duty hours to respond to and research a series of campers that would meet the needs of an inexperienced camper! Ross, in my opinion, went above and beyond to locate; coordinate financing; and ensure that the camper would be available in record time. Even after the sale was completed, Ross followed up to make sure things were progressing in a timely manner. After departing the dealership, Ross responded to email inquiries in a timely manner. Thanks from Steve in Murphy, NC

Called her. She handed us over to Matt who went above and beyond to get us a great deal and Financed. We came to pick it up and Andrew took us inside and out of the camper with crazy Detail. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood every option on the camper. Finally Tracie helped us hook up the camper...gave us a hug and we were on our way. Big thanks to everyone at Campers Inn at Mocksville. Tracie Bellerose Matthew Gaylen Andrew Sanders Thank you all!! 5 star for sure.

We had a good experience with our salesman Brad. He was very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. He hooked the units that we were interested in and demonstrated the units and gave us time in each unit. He asked what we were looking for in an RV. We received excellent service from Brad. We were very pleased with Adam that did the walk thru with us. He was very helpful and also very knowledgeable and resolved all issues that we had with the RV. He took time to answer any questions that we had. He also assured us that if we had any concerns or questions to please call him. We received excellent service from Adam. We were very impressed with Taylor in the parts department. She did the walk thru with us in the parts department and showed us what we needed to get started for our first camping trip. She too was very knowledgeable. We received excellent service from Taylor. Matt in the finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable with his position. How ever we did purchase the extended warranty for our RV. We also purchased Multi Seal for our RV. We liked the sound of the product but how ever we were not told the amount of this service and did not realize the price till we were home and looking at the papers. If we would of known the price for this we would not have purchased this product.
