I'm a newbie to RV's and bought a used Class A motorhome this past summer. Campers Inn is right down the street from me and was recommedned. I've never been disapointed with their service. Even though the RV was not sold by them, they always treat me with respect and answer all my silly questions. Today I took it there for a drive through winterizing service. One of my slides had come out and I couldn't figure out how to retract it. They happily helped me with the issue and had it resolved in minutes. A special shout out to Danny and Cheyenne! went to the service department to have a new awning installed. however the first question to me was did you buy this here. i stated not this one but bought three other campers from here. sorry was the reply we cant work on this camper. they should change the name of the SERVICE DEPT to we only work on our sold units. there are a few new camping stores opening up and i am sure thy will enjoy my business because i wont be back here.. We traded in our fifth wheel Cougar for a Class C Motorhome and everyone involved from the sales department to parts and service were extremely helpful every step of the way. e noticed a few things that needed attention and Mr. Cliff Bauchman in service was very thorough going over all of the systems and helped us through the review. My wife and I bought a new 2021 Grand Design Imagine 2250RK at Campers Inn in Merrimack NH less than a year ago and they delivered to our seasonal site and set it up. I opened it up this spring and guess what...the refrigerator doesn't work, no problem it's under warrantee!...RIGHT?? Yes...BUT.....they no longer travel to do warrantee work, they discontinued that service two months ago!! it's up on blocks and hard piped can't move it. I discussed this whole situation during the sales process and was assured if anything went wrong they would be their to fix it!! I spoke to a Campers Inn Tech and he informed me that Grand Design had their own road tech. and they would service it! W R O N G!!! My advice to the Campers Inn Service Department is speak of what you know and not take a wild guess!! Grand Design is trying to help me, but finding a company that is willing and fully qualified to preform warrantee work on a Dometic Refrigerator.......GOOD LUCK!!!!! This has been a painful experience and I've owned other campers and never had a dealership just through their hands up in the air and do nothing!!! Campers Inn in Merrimack NH you need to make this RIGHT!! It's not always about the $$ it's how you treat your customers too!! UPDATE... 3 months later thanks to Grand Design sending me a new refrigerator from their factory and Big Moose RV in Ossipee NH willing to do Campers Inn warrantee work (that they should have done) we are now up and running for the summer!! Bait and Switch! STOP, RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Campers Inn RV showed me and sold me one new trailer and switched it with a used trailer with lots of problems. They never return calls and are dishonest as the day is long. I paid for a hitch sway bar and it was installed upside down causing massive swaying on the road. They removed the power jack and replaced it with a cheap chinese piece of crap. Heater was not working and was in pieces. I had to pay Camping World to re-install the hitch and replace both sway bars and a power jack like what was supposed to be there from the factory. WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, THEN GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR MONEY! Show less

My wife and I had a remarkable experience with Campers Inn of Merrimack, from the sales department (Jesse) to financing department, service department and general manger. We had gone to this dealership three times before deciding on the Grand Design Imagine 2250 RK. I will tell you each time we came back Jesse would sit us down and discuss different models, he listened and helped us decide on the model that would enhance our camping experience. I am sharing my horrific experience I have had with purchasing a brand new River Forest Georgetown RV. My family and I have been camping for years but coming to our retirement we decided to treat ourself and purchase a Brand new Rv. After months of research we thought we found the best match for what we were looking for. June 29,2019 we made the plunge and bought it at Campers Inn NH. What a nightmare our first trip out we woke up to a puddle of water on the floor because our refrigerator broke, had to go purchase coolers to try and save the food we could. Needless to say by the time we returned there where 26 things wrong including a battery which overheated and acid was everywhere! (Dangerous) As we understand it like building a house you have to work on mishaps. After we had contacted dealer they advised us to bring in. On 8/2/2019 we brought to the dealer where it resides to this day. It is 8/12/2020 12 months later and we still do not have our RV but we are still dishing out our loan payment every month. Phone calls will not be returned, emails not returned and when we did finally get a response, he said I am so sorry I have never had such a hard time receiving parts! Seriously I just wanted to laugh in his face!!!!! What an excuse....... I didnt realize it takes 12 months for a part. What a CON Man!!!!! It is so sad that I have to hirer an attorney to help me. I have lost so much money between cancelation fees because we lost two summers of camping, and now time out of my day to hirer a lawyer!!!! I hope before purchasing a RV make sure you read every review!!!!!!! Show less

Dont ever ever go to this dealer ship!!!! I bought a brand new River Forest Georgetown and my first trip out my refrigerator broke, lost all of our food upon return there where over 20 things wrong. I called the dealer ship where they advised me to bring back. It has been over a year and I still do not have my RV. Jeff Hurish the "owner" supposedly a family man and wants all his customers happy is the biggest CON MAN!!!!!! Dont ever ever go hear! Unless you want to have to hirer an attorney to fight the battle of your RV after you worked hard all your life to safe up and thought you where going to right place to purchase a reliable, safe and secure RV. It is horrible it comes to the point where you have to go legal in order to get what you deserve I have paid on a 189,000 Rv for a Year a used once and now there no return phone calls, emails ect!
