I had a wonderful experience trading my travel trailer in on a Montana Fifth Wheel. Robert on the sales team worked with me in a very professional manner- candidate for employee of the year. We had sent a request on a 2013 Integra Aspire. Jody called me and said he would check into it. He called me on August 3 and said there was a deal pending on it that fell thru. He said he would take pictures and give me a final price with trading in our motor home. That was the last I heard from him. As of August 8 he did not send pictures, return my phone calls or text messages. I feel this is very poor customer service and I don't feel like we were treated fair. I would not recommend your dealership to future motor home buyers based on our experience. David C. Eltz Show less
