We were very happy with Campers Inn. The salesman, Jim, was not pushy at all, and carefully considered our requirements and budget before showing us RVs that might be suitable. The sales process was smooth, and they handled all the finance issues for us, including changing things when we decided we did not want warranties and extras after all. When we collected the camper, we were given a two hour tour of its features while the service department installed the WDH. They even helped fix an issue with the 7 pin wiring on my tow vehicle. We have not had any warranty or service work done yet, but feel confident that they will do a decent job when the time comes.

We just bought our Forest River Wolf Pup from Campers Inn of Kingston and cannot fault the service we received from them. Every step of the way, they have been professional, courteous, and upfront. On pick up day, the service department went above and beyond to get our non-functioning brake controller working so we could be on our way, despite the fact it was not actually their problem to deal with. I cannot yet comment on the quality of their service when it comes to repairs or warranty work, but do far, I have no qualms about using them in the future.

I Initially loved Campers Inn in Kingston NH. I purchased my first RV there as well as my second. Given my past experience with the purchase of my 2nd RV with repairs I was disappointed. I believed it could have been an issue because it was the Covid era but I am now aware that Dealerships Selling Forest River products knew they were falling short of industry standards and worsening craftmanship over the past 5-6 years. The amount of time i called them to take care of ongoing issues was many. They took care of most but not all and I still have the back-and-forth communication to prove my point. I think this can be an issue with all dealerships and the Covid era is being blamed for the issue when the issue is Dealerships not hiring and paying a decent wage. I may return to Campers Inn for a future purchase but I will be very knowledgeable when talking about warranties. I have read many reviews regarding many Dealerships and concluded they are all the same when it comes to honoring warrantees or extended warrantees, it is a lot of work and very time consuming with no results. It has become an acceptable practice throughout the industry to fall short on warranty work.
