This is my first RV from this dealership which was an XLR Boost. Many previous campers were purchased from Travel Camp which is terrible in their own right. Campers- in off General sold us a 2022 Forest River product complete with extended warranty which had so many problems that obviously any kind of Quality Assurance was missed by the Manufacturer as well as the Dealership. We were assured by the Sales and Service Managers that they were not like other Dealerships and they valued their customers. That could not and is not farther from the truth. They have been through many service managers and for some strange reason. Most of our trouble has been lack of follow up as promised and unable to speak to anyone in charge. Don't bother trying to speak to a General Manager or owner as that person is hidden somewhere and will not talk to you. Connie the Service writer is terrible at her job. She does not keep you informed of the process of repairs or up to date and has excuses for everything. We did have one service manager Phil that was pretty good but mysteriously he is no longer ther possibly because it is a terrible place to work. Our unit is still waiting for a complete flooring install in the loading dock of this toy hauler as it had gaps in it and causing the treaded vinyl to separated from the underlayment. This is the last problem we had but we have had several. Stay away from this dealership. DO not buy anything from them. DOn't trust their adds as THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

Took my new Dutch Star to this dealer for some warranty work and boy did I regret that decision. Had the rear heatpump not working so I figured that would be an easy fix. took 3 weeks but they did replace it. unfortunately they forgot to tighten it down and the day after I picked it up it rained and flooded the bedroom. I was calling them while collecting water running out of my overhead and they wouldn't even return my calls. Called Newmar and they sent a mobile tech to fix it next day. They also adjusted my awning's but screwed it up so bad it took the Girard rep at Newmar 3 days to fix them.

Bought a 2019 35 ft hurricane. Drove off lot. Called dealership 3 days later and discussed so many problems. Purchased Aug 28. 2019. Took it to dealership Oct stated warranty work will be done in one week. Fri nothing was done!! Guess what the dealership still has our RV !! They will not accept our phone calls, they have called us only 2 times nov and Jan 2020 stating it will be ready in a week!! Quess what they still have our RV no warranty work done and no calls from dealership ! They have had our RV going on a full 6 months!! Denying us use of a vehicle for recreation. Possession is 9/10 of the law you can keep the RV and pay the note. It is a shame u call yourself a business satisfaction? Would you allow this to happen to u or your family!
