Sam in the service department helped me with a refrigerator problem, he was positively the best at a Norcold not working properly. He never lost sight them fact that that it was not cold enough.We did not even buy it at Campers Inn but we will buy the next one from them. Show less

I purchased my RV about a year ago and had a great experience. I went in July for annual service and Sammy was able to help me. He was amazing, very attentive and super helpful. I was able to reach out to him afterwards to ask him questions that I thought about after I left. Campers Inn has great customer service. I was very please with the service I received from the time I entered the facility. Everyone there greeted me with a hello and a smile. My Sales rep, TJ is the best. He explained in detail everything I needed to know about my new travel trailer. We purchased a brand new Grand Design Momentum from Campers Inn and picked it up the first of June. As a military family moving from overseas this was supposed to be our home for the next two years and my husband only had one week to settle me and my daughters into this trailer before leaving for training. It’s now eight weeks later and we have literally spent one night in this RV. The first night out in our brand new RV the generator failed, the refrigerator failed, the shower flooded, and the back awning does not work. We basically paid $80,000 for a trailer that was meant to be our home that is falling apart. The Military placed Georgia on a ban so we were not able to take this piece of crap back to Camper Inn and demand they fix it so we had a dealer in Mississippi work on it and it’s now currently sitting with my husband at training in Texas (he had to take special leave from his training class to fly out on a Friday and pick RV and move it to a second dealer in hopes of getting it repaired). Grand design has also taken their sweet time dealing with all the warranty crap and though we have CC’d Campers Inn on every email about the trailers problems they sold us they have declined to respond and the few times we’ve talked with someone they don’t feel it’s their responsibility to help. My daughters and I have been paying for hotels out of pocket and living in our sons dorm room (who by the way broke his back in six places in a bicycling accident and I have no home to take him to to care for him while he recovers). This problem is getting so bad we have literally had to hire a lawyer. Both dealers who have looked at it clearly stated that Campers Inn did not do a thorough inspection before selling it to us.
