Bought our camper in June $67,000 . Nothing but problems with the camper I would not recommend anyone to buy a Jayco. It’s been in the shop for going on three months now and still not fixed. I feel the company should make it right and trade the camper. But the $67,000 camper that they sold us. Is now only worth $42,000 to them . We are out of pocket a lot of expenses , due to the fact we have to work and live out of this camper. I would not recommend anyone to buy a Jayco camper. We are in process of lawsuit total lies and rip offs.

Show up with payment and we refused to sign an arbitration agreement and they would not sell camper to us. I would suggest doing your homework on arbitration agreements and this dealership. Whole situation caused me to wonder how many disputes this organization had since this agreement was required.

Took daughters camper in for repair noticed rotten spot under window. Burton service said they look at it and since she was out of warranty2 weeks they could not do anything. Call Jayco and they said dealership told them it was was owner fault due to lack of maintenance. When I got camper back and tore out rotten area since no one at Burton actually inspected it but made a wild assumption what they thought it was. They were wrong. They lied to my daughter who is a single parent with three kids working as a nurse three jobs that had only used camper 3 times in 24 month. Talking about low life, these people are first class examples. This window has been leaking since day one or soon after. They did not inspect it like they said then lied to the manufacturer. Extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy. GM would not even return my calls at 3 attempts.

Do not use Burtons. We took our new camper bought at burtons in for minor maintenance. That took a month. When we went to pick it up, the battery was dead. They admitted leaving it on for the month but offered no help in jumping the camper so we could hook up. While we were jumping it off, we looked at our camper. We discovered the screen door was missing! THEY HAD STOLEN OUR DOOR! They admitted “someone” must have taken the door for another unit on the lot, and laughed about it. They ordered a new door which we had to drive 184 miles round trip to pick up. They offered us nothing for our trouble and acted like it was funny. When we asked them for gas money for our trip they reluctantly sent half our cost with no apology. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I purchased our first RV from Burton Camper in Calera, Alabama in August 2018. David the salesman was excellent as to his knowledge of product both on the lot and available models. He helped guide us to what we were looking for without any pressure listening to us and helping us with information, tips and choices. Mickey the Sales Manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable of the product and in no way pressured us. We truly felt we were being allowed to make our own decision. After the purchase of a Jayco Jay Flight 33' camper we were given a walk thru (training session) that was very helpful. The staff made us feel they had as long as it took to answer all questions in preparing us to make our first road trip. After our first road trip we had a couple of minor RV issues however Burton's Service rep was very helpful over the phone. We took our Camper in for one issue that was quickly resolved after the first road trip also. It has now been over 5 months since our purchase and many trips in the camper and we are very happy with our camper, the buying experience and the warranty service we have received. Burton Camper is a great business to buy from. We highly recommend them to our friends and fellow campers we meet traveling.
