This dealership is now part of Lazydays. This is one of the worst service I have ever experienced. We purchased a brand new 2023 KZ Durango gold thinking that purchasing new we would be free of problems. WRONG. It’s bad enough that this thing has multiple problems. This dealership has no idea what it’s doing. The manager has nobody above them for accountability. They had our fifth wheel for months to replace the refrigerator as this brand new one didn’t work. They replaced it with a cheaper model. They were supposed to fix the awning in the back which they didn’t and it is still not fixed. They were supposed to order it last March 2023. They called me the other day to tell me it’s in. It’s March 2024 now. We sent the rig back to them to replace the refrigerator. While it was there, one of their employees crashed into it.
