I traded a motorhome in on a 2023 Thor 23T recently. I was moving to Alabama as soon as the deal was complete and ask that the unit be carefully inspected. I was told the unit would be ready to go at 11am but was not until 5pm. The technical rep was not very well trained on the unit and was very vague. I asked if they had checked everything and it was confirmed. There was a piece of busted trim that he ordered. When the trim arrived at the dealer, I was told the warranty didn't cover postage and they wouldn't ship it unless I paid for it as I offered to install it myself. Upon arriving home, none of the keys woukd fit the exterior storage boxes. I had to go to a local dealer to determine the key number and Browns took 2 weeks to send me the proper keys. When I went to get my tags, there was a correction made on the title thus voiding the paperwork. I called Brown's and it took 2 weeks to get a corrected copy. When I called, I was told they were busy and forgot. On my first outing, I discovered many flaws. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Towel rack fell off the wall, the closet in the bedroom fell apart, Kitchen floor started curling up, the electric panel was installed improperly, the dining table will not stay fastened and collapes, ceiling vent installed incorrectly and doesn't shut completely, the kitchen cabinet door is split and doesn't fit properly, the hooks holding the bed up both pulled out allowing the bed to hit the bath wall, and the heater does not work as I found out on a 28 degree night...after all this, I have attempted to call the owner three times but he is never in!!! The unit is built on a ford chassic and after 4000 miles I've had no problems with it, 11.5 mpg and plenty of power...

Terrible experience with this dealership, especially the Service department. We have had nothing but issues with the slide on the unit that we bought. Terrible experience with this dealership, especially the Service department. We have had nothing but issues with the slide on the unit that we bought. Service department kept it over 2 months and had no idea how to repair it. In fact, the unit was worse than when we took it in. The "Lifetime" warranty that comes with the unit is totally worthless. I would definitely stay away from this dealership. Tried several times to speak to the owner to no avail.

Don't shop here. Three months later and they haven't sent me the aorta they promised or my registration. Don't shop here. Three months later and they haven't sent me the aorta they promised or my registration. They 'forgot' to collect taxes apparently and it took me going to the DMV for then to tell me that's the reason they never did the registration. So I've been sitting on a 16000$ paperweight not able to use it because they forgot to add the sales tax in. Now I have to pay and ADDITIONAL 600$. Even though the employees admit that Kent made an error in processing my paperwork. The manager wasn't even willing to go half on THEIR error. Countless calls, wasted time and lies. This dealership isn't worth it. I've bought other RVs, none have been a bad experience. This one was.

My husband and I purchased a 5th wheel toy hauler. We received the most amazing customer service we have ever received in our life. Derren was a very experienced salesman who followed through with every promise he made. Dave gave us the best detailed explanation of how and what the features our toy hauler had. James and Matthew in the parts / service department were so knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Berry Brown took the time to personally thank us for for choosing them. We purchased a new 2021 Mobilehome RV From Brown's. The entire sales team was involved and was very courteous, helpful, and together we over came some "bumps". The Brown's "family" should be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness when you walk in the door til you leave. We had a few issues that were unexpected having bought a brand new RV, but the team has come together on several occasions to get the issues resolved. We still have a few unresolved issues and hope that the resolution of them are as smooth as the others. We understand that appointments for minor issues can be weeks out into the future, but the team tries to address urgent issues that need immediate attention. When buying a new RV, we all must remember that it is like buying a new car, there are some things that will go wrong, need to fix and go on. But we wanted new so we could make any interior modifications as we wanted them. When buying a used RV, most of the "bugs" have been worked out. But who wants to "re-do" any interior modifications that might not be able to be fixed. All in all.......I would recommend my friends to purchase from Brown's RV, they are a locally family owned business that cares. Special thanks to the entire service team, and especially James, and Barry. Special thanks to the sales team, and especially Darrell, Rodney. Thanks to the girls at the front desk who always have a friendly greeting. We look forward to our annual maintenance with Brown's family. Thanks for everything, we have already had many memorable times.
