Made an appointment over a month ago with Cheyenne Katz (so called service advisor). At that time I asked her to make sure they would honor the appointment time. I asked this because on my last visit she made me wait 3 hours. Cheyenne assured me my appointment would be honored (after all, that's why they make appointments). Well guess what; I showed up today for my 10 AM appointment and she told me that it would be 2-3 hours before the mechanic would be able to look at. This appointment was for a follow-up recall on a cord for my block heater that they did not fix on my previous visit I waited 3 hours for-SERIOUSLY!! I really can not blame her. This issue is obviously a major lack of management and ownership responsibility. They no doubt have "0" lack of leadership or accountability either to allow this sort of thing to happen over and over. Apparently, the leadership team at Bozeman Ford condones and encourage their staff to not honor appointments or keep commitments. Why would you ever buy a vehicle or have any service done there-No Way!! I have contacted Ford Corporate because their so called management team never called me back. They were in a meeting that apparently lasted all day devising new ways on how to take advantage of the public. Honestly, why would you or anyone do business with these people. Fool me twice, but not three times. Bozeman Ford is a JOKE- and BAD Joke.
