If I could give Blue Dog 0 stars I would. I don't ever leave reviews but after my experience with this business, I feel like I have to try to warn others. From dealing with the Sales end all the way through the service department every single person that I have dealt with has provided me with the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The first sign that we shouldn't have purchased our fifth wheel from them was when they sold the trailer that we put a deposit down on right out from underneath us. We then had to wait another three weeks to get a different one in from another dealership. Once the trailer finally came in we did our walk-through and found various cosmetic problems. We were assured these problems would be fixed, no problem straight from the mouth of the guy that did the walk-through with us. When we got the trailer home we noticed leaking from multiple lines in our BRAND NEW trailer. We then had to send the trailer back out to be "fixed" for the leaking and the cosmetic repairs that they initially said would be fixed. Our trailer sat out in their lot for 9 months. I tried calling and getting a hold of someone to discuss the progress on service and to figure out what had been taking so long. I called at least 20 times. I then finally receive a phone call back from Blue Dog telling me that my trailer has been in their lot for way too long and it was being delivered because it was taking up room in their lot. They were literally blaming me for it being out there for service for so long. I had to drive out there after this to do another walk-through and make sure everything has been fixed. It was absolutely crazy because when I got out there NOTHING had been repaired that was supposed to be. So again we gave them a list of what needed to be fixed. Three weeks later we received a call assuring us that everything was fixed, so we gave them the ok to deliver the trailer. We got the trailer back with multiple cosmetic things still not fixed which in the end isn't a big deal to do ourselves just so that it can actually get done lol. The worst part is a month after having the trailer back we had to open up a wall because the water was leaking from underneath it. In the wall, we found water damage and BLACK MOLD from a leaking line that they had assured us was fixed. We know for a fact that they didn't even try to look at the lines because there were still towels in the wall that we had put down to stop some leaking before it went out to their service department to be fixed. I seriously couldn't believe they just sealed the wall back up and acted like everything was fine. If you buy a trailer from Blue Dog definitely don't plan on good communication or good customer service. Even the managers are jerks and won't help you with anything. Just canceled my warranty today and won't ever do business with this company again and I suggest you don't waste your time either.
