Sadly, I'm not seeing much improvement on Bish's website to potentially new customer either by chat or by callback conversation. I have had this experience twice so far. Pushing a customer by enquiring whether I want to finance or not should not be part of the conversation. Really bad tactic or business practice. Not to shame anyone however, this is reflecting on your businesses as coming off, as desperation. I understand that there are two businesses involved, since the one in this review has been bought out by another company. Starting with a B and it is B that now maintains the website and controls the network connecting reps to customers and potentially new customers. It is however destroying your credibility. Show less
