In 1992, when Bish's RV first opened its doors in Idaho Falls, we had no intention of evolving into the largest RV Dealer in the State of Idaho. Being family owned and operated, the owners wanted to incorporate the same ideals and values that were applied within their family. Among these were honesty when dealing with others, treating others like you would want to be treated, and always be available to provide service when it is needed.

Purchased a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5BHDS in August of 2022, used it for 2 weeks and had 12 warranty items to be repaired. Took it back to Bish's in September 2022 for this work. Purchased a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 29.5BHDS in August of 2022, used it for 2 weeks and had 12 warranty items to be repaired. Took it back to Bish's in September 2022 for this work. It took over 7 months to receive parts and warranty approvals, to have this work completed. Part of the issue was the dealership staff not following up with our warranty requests. While my RV was there, in April we were informed that they had discovered staff had been stealing items from RV's and asked us to go through our RV to see if anything was missing (our leveling blocks were missing and the dealership replaced them). We are having additional issues after just using the RV for a week and some are the same needed repairs. We have been told we need to bring the RV in for assessment and bring it back home the same day, until the parts come in, since we have claimed theft previously.
