I bought a brand new Geo Pro, supposedly never used. The battery went dead within a week, had to take that back in. Took it in a week later for a leak, they said it was condensation from the fridge. 2 weeks later, I took it in to get it winterized and a pipe was broken. In the same spot I said the leak was. They refused to warranty it. Said it had frozen. Now I have to pay $250 out of pocket because the service department didn't find the leak, the first time. Of course they don't have the part, and have to order it. The part is at least 5 days out, so they won't warranty the winterization, in case something else breaks. Well I guess it will never be warrantied then. What good is it to pay for a warranty if they can't figure out what is wrong, blame it on the customer, and won't warranty anything? If I hadn't had it in there 2 weeks before for a leak in the same spot, I might actually trust their work. DON"T trust their work. Make sure you video everything and write it down so they can't come back on you and say it is your fault.
