I have tried calling multiple times to order parts and would like to speak to a human being. They play their speel over and over then tell you to go online. Oh and then you just get hung up on. Beyond frustrating and bad for business. I will go somewhere else that cares a bit more....

Big Daddy RV has friendly sales staff. My only problem is they are very friendly until you sign the papers then their attitude kinda changes. I tried to look everything over on the new Forrest River camper I purchased but I missed some things that were wrong with it. For instance it had the wrong size spare tire on it. They tried to tell me that the 15 inch spare would work fine with my 14 inch tires on the camper. I insisted they give me a 14 inch spare. Got that done. First time we took it out the bath tub leaked really bad and one of the outside speaker lights did not work. Notified Big Daddy of this problem. Could not talk to anyone that could help with the problem but they took my information and told me that I would be contacted by someone to rectify the problem. Of course the call back has never come. Based on my personal experience I could not recommend buying from them or if you do make sure there is nothing wrong with your purchase before you leave the lot.

I have been looking for an RV for months. Sent them a message online regarding RPod RP193, received a confirmation email stating I would be contacted within 2 hours, 6 hours later I called them. Transferred to Chuck, inquired about the RPod to be told it was sold. Chuck stated he would check the inventory for a compatible RV and call me back, that was 2 days ago. I guess they are not interested in selling a smaller RV, I will continue my search elsewhere.

We ordered the trailer and Jericho was our sales rep. Really a good guy, answered all our questions, great communication and kept us up to date with the purchase process.
Unfortunately, Cherokee made a drastic change in their design from the 2020 to 2021 trailer, and when the trailer arrived we had to unwind the deal. Not at all the fault of Big Daddy or Jericho. Now that the factory has made the design change we are back to the drawing board looking for a new trailer, but I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Down to earth people. Unbeatable pricing and great customer service.

Very Poor. I bought my camper months ago. Before I even left the lot they damaged a wall and I was told they would order the replacement wall section and have someone to come repair it. I have made several attempts to find out they had never ordered the replacement and now I can’t even get my sales person Chuck to respond to my emails. Other repairs was to be made and they are avoiding doing what was promised. They made a sale and have no intent on standing in their word to fix what repairs was needed.

I normally would never do this but me and my husband have been looking for a toy hauler for awhile now and we had finally found one in our price range at Big daddy’s! Well we found it yesterday and they were closed so I sent emails and left a voicemail that we were very interested! This morning I called them bright and early. I told them we were very interested and asked about damages. They said only minor water damage and sent photos. We called back to confirm that we were ok with the minor damages and we would like to continue with purchase. That’s when they apologized and said they sold it to someone that just walked in!!!! I was mortified! We were ready to put down a significant amount but instead were treated like we didn’t even matter! I just wanna tell people don’t get too excited when purchasing from here. Poor customer service....
