My husband and I spoke to a gentlemen about a 2019 FSx187b. We explained to him we were coming almost 7 hours away and would like more information. We loved the trailer and told him we would be coming down next weekend. He told me they would get it ready and was very nice. I never put down a deposit of any kind. Less than 48 hours later I called the dealership because I saw they had a larger model for more money and we were thinking of switching to that model. As I was speaking to the lady the gentlemen in the back was cursing and complaining that he would have to prep the camper for Saturday. The lady told me they were extremely busy on Saturdays as the gentlemen in the back continued to complain and curse about me. We are coming from 7 hours away and Saturday is the only day we are able to come which he already knew.They are open 9-2 on Saturdays and we planned on being their at 10am. Amazing how nice he was on the phone but when we wanted to spend almost 4k more to upgrade to the bigger model he wanted to curse and complain knowing I could hear him. I'm glad we dodged a bullet on this one. If this is how they act to potential customers I cant imagine how they handle issues. Since we are coming from 7 hours away we can't see the campers and for us to change to a bigger model within 48 hours of our original call shouldn't be a problem as no deposit was made. I told them I'd be posting a review and now they are texting me telling me the gentlemen was not talking about me but to someone else. Funny. Because exactly what he said with F words, she said to me without the curse words. I will be posting my experience in all the RV/Trailer Facebook groups I am in as well. Show less
