We have not yet utilized Dealership Warranty/Support which is why we left a neutral rating. HOWEVER, We have now dealt with six dealerships on various Truck Camper, Trailer and Motorhome purchases. Two have been horrific. One had a GREAT sales person but HORRIFIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Berryland has both an EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES TEAM and PARTS/SERVICE team. When we got stuck on the road.. had googled our questions and tried everything we could think of (after reading the manual) we called. The PARTS department helped us over the phone and resolved our issue. If we EVER get another RV it will be through this dealer. We LOVE our Dynmax Europa 32kd and the Sales and Service from this team is above a 5 Star! Thank you helping us finally find a good RV and have a painless experience.
