We bought a 2023 Keystone Carbon 36 Toy Hauler Travel Trailer from this dealership. It was missing the generator door which was on order. The first salesman told us a tornado came through and ripped the door off. We didn't think too much about it because there had been a lot of bad weather. Another salesman that finished our sale later told us that it was hit or something like that and that no one actually knew what happened to it. We had generator issues and the fuel gauge for the generator didn't work. Long story short, they said that they put a new fuel pump on the generator which was false because they're not qualified by Onan to work on them. My husband replaced the fuel pump on the generator and it still had the factory clips on it. They have your camper two weeks before they even look at it. We had a water leak because there was a screw through the water pipe. I would never do business with them ever again. They lie to you from the moment you buy a camper right through to servicing your camper. Show less

Purchased a Trail Runner 251BH, first off, the sales experience was great, from the salesman Drake to the owner Dave and Eric who really took the time to make my family and I feel important and got us a great deal. THEN when I had warranty issues, they got me right in and even sent a tech out to help me when the RV had an issue so I could bring it to them. There Parts Dept and staff got with walking us through the store and making sure we had everything we needed to go camping. OVERALL Bama RV I would highly recommend Show less
