I called Sherry in Service to help with an electrical problem I was having with my left rear light, on my new 2023 Arctic Fox 25Y Travel Trailer. I explained the circumstances of what has been happening since I took Delivery of the Trailer on September 1, 2023. They were a busy Dealer at this time of year but she fit me in early in the morning 0730 to be exact. I arrived at the appointment and was met by Sherry who arranged immediately to have a service man look at the problem. I re explained what had been happening to him and it was determined that I had a very loose fitting connection of the 7 pin at the trailer end and that I needed a new light as well. He replaced both under warranty, and the light is working great as it should now. While there Sherry educated me on a ton of trailer related issues and was overly nice as I am a new trailer owner. I had the trailer winterized and had two vent covers installed as well as I wanted to get them on advice of Sherry and a friend that has a 5TH wheel as well. I was extremely happy with the service and a second technician installed the vent covers and I was out of there shortly after 0900. I would give them a 10 out of ten for service, advice, and just being nice caring people in the RV business. I would highly recommend this RV Dealer to anyone with a Camper, Trailer or 5th Wheel as they are a full service dealer and are great at what they do. Show less
