My wife & I didn't know much about camping when we first visited Sun Camper RV. We were fortunate enough to have Chad as a salesman. He was very patient & professional. We started with a pop up and as we got comfortable and learned along the way we purchased a 17ft RV . They also helped with selling both of these campers. We recently purchased a new Grey Wolf that is much larger. The property,offices,& all the RV'S have always been clean,neat, & tidy. My opinion is based on years of experience with both locations. I have met many of their employees over the years and they have always been courteous,professional, & have always gone out of their way to help in any way they can. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about buying an RV to visit Sun Camper RV. The service department has always been excellent with all 3 of our campers. We haven't been camping for the last 6 months and recently decided to schedule a trip. We had a problem with our AC. I called service and spoke to Chris. I explained our problem and she asked me when we are leaving. I told her tomorrow ! Chris went above & beyond to make sure we would be able to go camping. Chris made arrangements for us to come in the next day. When I pulled in Paul was waiting for us. He had me pull over to the side to check our air conditioner. Paul explained we needed a new air conditioner. We had a new air conditioner installed and covered by our warranty. Paul was very professional,courteous,& very accommodating. Atlantic Marine and RV sold me a defective travel trailer!!!!! After making multiple complaints and asking to drop it off the salesman writes me and says “we don’t have room”, “I cant do anything about it”!! Brand new travel trailer. First owner of this trailer. Palomino palomini 17 foot. Here’s a few of my problems. Ac doesn’t work Fridge doesn’t work Hot water doesn’t work Nothing on 110 works rust on the frame in multiple places Broken molding Leaks every time it rains Shower leaks into floor Slide doesn’t close properly Blinds broken Multiple staples poking out of wood Exhaust fans only work when lights on Radio remote broken Radio turns off by itself Lights flicker on and off Wallpaper bubbling (water damage) Electrical socket came out of wall Molding missing Scratches on wood molding Hole in window screen Went there in person to speak with service department. “Very sorry, we’ll call you with an appointment date”! 7 Days later no call. I call them back. Still no return call!!!! I finally just dropped it off and left. They are now purposely delaying any repairs even after a promise to diagnosis the major issues right away. To top it off they are constantly trying to place blame on me. I had it for two weeks before dropping it off. Went on one small trip 2 hours away with it for a weekend. This is my full time residency. This is my house. I’ve basically lived in a cardboard box for the past week. I have a few lights from the battery but that’s it. Paid $17,000 for a defective trailer. Two years later and I’m still having issue after issue. Atlantic Rv put another trailer in my name a year after I made the purchase. Forest River called me confused on why I bought another trailer from them. Forest river told me they believed it to be a warrant fraud scam. Please find a more reputable company to buy from. Do your research. Look at reviews. I didn’t do any of that and I’m paying for it. Literally. (Not sure is the owner can respond to this but if he can I won’t be able to reply back. Don’t listen to anything he says. If he’s typing he’s lying!!!! Show less
