Atkins RV had my trailer for 15 months to Install the service system. After begging for four months they said my trailer was complete, not true, nothing worked properly on my Trailer. They overcharged inflated pricing without my knowledge as he waited to give me a bill. He refused to show me our logs for the service hours completed. I took him to court and he lied to the judgeMany times, then he did not pay after he was ordered to pay.STAY AWAY ! I was treated very badly by the owner Paul Atkins who lied and completed faulty services, even installing an improper converter/inverter,They let my brand new demand hot water system freeze in their parking lot and I had to take it somewhere else and have another brand new hot water system installed. dealership was nice, clean and all the people were very friendly. I looked and looked for a good deal on a used 36ft rv. after looking at a lot of others i came across this one and boy was I glad I did. This was buy far the best deal in a 1500 mile area. You will need to know what your looking for as the sales team is not aggressive at all and that is both a plus and negative. when I looked at this rv the sales person was very knowledgeable on all the different rv's but you need to know what you want as he will not ask for the sale. The financing was easy quick. overall they are a small dealership but would not hesitate to send any of my friends to them. I was able to get a very clean rv at the best price around. Show less
