I love our Arctic Fox! It is warm and cozy, very well made. Had everything we needed in a perfect little package. Tons of storage. Light enough to tow with our Toyota Tacoma. It has a well-equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refridgerator, and separate freezer. Two mounts for a TV, and a spacious shower. Show less

We've owned our 2024 Arctic Fox 25Y for just about one year. After camping in it for one quarter of the year, we have yet to experience any problem, yes, not one problem (knock on wood). Of course this is a heavy trailer, having 2" walls and lots of insulation. We thought it would be harder to tow. Sure, our truck has to work a bit harder to haul a heavier rig. However, the extra weight reduces how much the trailer moves and bounces while traveling on rougher roads. This reduced movement really seems to contribute to the trailer holding up really well after 90+ days and 8000 miles. The floor plan and features are well thought out work well. My only minor gripe would be the small and low quality TV. We swapped the original for a 43" 120v TV and it fits perfectly and is so much easier to watch. We were very pleasantly surprised how well insulated and quiet this trailer is. Compared to our 2022 Airstream ( not exactly apples to apples) this rig stay cooler longer and is noticeably quieter. Again, thicker walls and better insulation. Another item we love about this trailer is the large amount of exterior storage available. This has allowed us to carry more in the trailer and less in the tow vehicle. Overall, I am a big fan of the quality and features of Northwood products, contributing to how well they hold up and how comfortable they are. I wish RV manufacturers would stand behind their products longer. When spending more that twice the price of a car you should get a product that comes with one third of the warranty. Show less

I bought an arctic wolf remembering the day when arctic wolf was the best brand out there well Forest River owns article now and it's the worst trailer out there one month in sewer tank came apart six month in I figured out that a bunch of the accessories didn't work right but dealership I bought it from did their best to get everything fixed three years later the ceiling the slide is gone the roof is leaking and the plumbing is leaking and there's water damage on both end of the trailer I called Forest River cuz it the roof has 12-year warranty they said if you did not maintain the roof that 12-year warranty doesn't mean a thing the trailer is only 3 years old you think they'd stand behind their product I have Forest River one star and I really suggest that everyone stay as far away from Forest River Products Show less

Beautiful RV with a lot of floor space for our big dogs. Loved the arched roof and the 4 season capability. The layout was designed by someone who had spent a lot of time camping as it is very livable. A boondocking dream. The camper is very heavy we used a 1 ton dually to handle the load. Extra equipment is needed on the truck to manage the sway on uneven or crowned roads. Loved the big 2 way fridge and all of the electrical and power stations. The Onan generator is loud and some newer models have replaced with a quieter model. Show less

This floor plan is great for families or if you want to have a separate office space to work remotely. This camper sleeps 9 easily and comfortably. The higher BTU units (2) keeps the camper nice and cold on those warmer days. The garage storage is huge. Also love the 2 refrigerators and ice maker in the outdoor kitchen. The fireplace in the living room can be set to look pretty, but also can be used as a heat source, wonderful on the chilly nights. The control panel's ability to work with the app on your phone is very handy, can check your tank levels, battery levels, control awnings and all the lights. We also enjoy the solar panel which charges the batteries. Highly recommend this camper! Show less

Recently purchased a Northwood 235 RLS Fox Mountain. Was sold as a "true 4 season" unit. We have been living in it full time in Helena Montana where the temps got down to -38! Stayed a comfortable 70 degrees inside with no issues whatsoever. Very impressed with the build quality, livability, comfort. I really can't say enough about this unit. We will be Northwood customers for life. Show less

This has been a nightmare since day one. Everything is cheaply made, no storage inside the rv, the bunk house has no ac and yet the vent from the water heater goes directly into the bunk house making it unuseable as a bunk house. . The front a/c is not powerful enough to cool the rv in the summer months. Holes for the electrical wires and plumbing are so big that rats find it extremely easy to get into the rv and wreck havoc with the wiring,paper thin walls. The shower walls are not sealed at the bottom so water seeps down. Be sure you get an independent inspection of the rv prior to signing a contract. Dealership discourage this as if there is anything wrong they are responsible to fix it if you wait warranty might fix it but it is a long wait and you will be responsible for paying what warranty doesn’t cover. This fifth wheel is easy to tow. The links makes it manageable. It has plenty of storage space with easy access. The slide out in the living room dining room area makes working n the kitchen comfortable. underneath a queen size bed you will find plenty of storage for things that you will need to take along on your trip. This RV has great insulation, which helps with heating and cooling. Equipped with an RV airflow system helps in keeping the air conditioner distributing air, evenly and efficiently. Show less

The floor plan is excellent for families; that is the best I can say about it. If you plan on using the 5th wheel anytime the temperature outside is near or above 80 degrees, you do not want this trailer. It will not be cool, the further into the RV you go, the worse it gets. The AC is designed to deliver air 20 degrees below ambient, which means you have a trailer that will be warm when you factor in heat gain. The trailer is a 2 season trailer as long as you live in the northern tier of the United States or like it warm and do not have dogs. Factory support is nonexistent; too bad; the basic response is so sad. Steer clear and buy something else. The photo I would like to share is our unit in the Black Hills of SD. You'll notice it is in the shade; the ambient temperature was 80 degrees that day, best we could bet inside was 75. Show less

We bought this trailer new off the lot in May of 2023. We used it that weekend and the weekend after. The trailer then sat for 2 weeks until we had another camping trip planned. We went to get the trailer and walked in to 4 dead starlings IN THE LIVING SPACE!!!!! There was bird poop everywhere and the trailer stinks to high heaven. We got ahold of the dealer and they took it in for warranty work. Forest River DENIED the hole in the frame as being a warrantable issue. So now I’m stuck with a because Forest River can’t make a quality product or stand behind it. They’ll be hearing from my lawyer. Show less
