This dealership has been awesome to deal with on my lovely 2008 Fleetwood Southwind . Yes, it came with some hiccups, including a thermostat that was malfunctioning and auto leveling that acted up and an icemaker, but they are working through them and doing a very good job of it.... read more

I bought a new 2018 Forest River Rpod 180 from this dealership in 2019. It had some obvious issues at first that I made them fix before I took delivery. When it came to warranty work on the frame which rusted within the first year I had it, they said they wouldn't be able to look at it for 6 months, When it came time to get it done, the warranty period had conveniently expired, so they wouldn't fix it under warranty. Not good. I continued to get service done there until they were supposed to reseal it and they forgot to seal around the windows. This is a major thing. They also charged me for other work (like trailer brakes) that they obviously didn't do. I felt I should share my experiences with other RVers who are shopping for an RV or are looking for a place to get their RV serviced.

Brought our RV to this company to get the floor fixed to find out that it wasn’t covered by warranty and that the floors have styrofoam under them (poorly made) and the pull out had to be fixed and we told them to go ahead and fix it we were under the impression it was getting fixed for many months the girl that worked there told us then we call to see when is it ready and they say sorry nothings been done to it yet and we do not have time for you low in staff come and get it or we will have it removed to scrap! Our 70 thousand dollar 2018 RV this is how we get treated so we go get it back to find out that our bathroom taps had been removed stolen! out of the bathroom!! we send it in for the floor to be fixed they stole our taps!!! just a bunch of bs it ain’t over yet! Do not give this company your business you will regret it very much when it comes to repairs and service very poor! how they talk to their customers absolutely unacceptable!

Having had a close friend receive less than desirable service from your outfit we were reluctant to bring our RV to you for service. We should have heeded our friends advice. Not only was the ordered part 3 weeks late in arriving (7 weeks from Dometic?) we had to call YOU in order to get another appointment to finish what you started. Let's add some insult to injury - I told you exactly what we needed but you went ahead and checked the problem out yourselves and then charged us for the diagnostic check. REALLY? Then when we picked up our RV something else was not working which had been working great. So we made another appointment to see if you could restore us to pre service work conditions. When we dropped off the RV the second time we were told there was no record of an appointment being made by your staff. Your staff who told us nothing available for Monday and made the appointment for Tuesday. Then Tuesday we were told it was fixed but would be kept overnight to be sure it was still working. Fine with us. Wednesday morning, my wonderful wife was told we were being charged for work done. To correct your mistake???? Now, I am a man of principle, and when something worked prior to your technician working on it but has since quit working (and yes it was caused by you, ultimately) I have problems wrapping my head around the fact that you want me to pay for it. And to insult me more by saying that this should be cleaned annually yet when you worked in the area you didn't clean it at all... So, now we have come to the really interesting part, your staff have insulted my wife (who works on an Air Force Base and has access to 88,000 people) and have incurred her wrath. All for some pocket change... Not a very good plan. The intranet on the Base has been buzzing since the phone call. There will be quite a few discussions regarding RV repair places. If this is indeed how you operate I'm really surprised to see that you have been in business for so long. Unscrupulous businesses usually do not last. Or has this way of dealing with customers (and we were asked if we bought our RV from you as well) only recently surfaced? Trust me YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN. Thank you
