We dropped our 2021 Avalanche off on October 28th 2022 and have yet to get it back. Appleway Rv has called us twice to come pick it up and when we arrived to check it out the warranty work was not finished and what was finished was absolutely unacceptable, so then they make us come back again to sign a list of repairs to be done. 1 month later they call to have us pick it up again, and what do ya know the work is still not finished. I have never seen such incompetence in all my life, cant get a call returned ever. Please people stay away from this RV dealership, they used to be a great family dealership, but since being bought out by RV Retailer its all about the bottom dollar. Show less

Purchased a fifth wheel and then had dealership install a slider hitch on our pick up. The dealership never mentioned that this hitch required a capture plate to control the slide of the hitch. Consequently when turning the trailer broke a rear windshield and then while driving in a construction zone over a large bump the slider mechanism came loose and the hitch slide back and forth loosely and caused a very serious condition. Be very careful when selecting Appleway/Freedom RV to install hitches on your vehicle. Show less

Then in end of may this year brought it back for dewinterizing and brought it home, checked the inside in june to get ready for a camping trip and there was inside water damage above the bed on the wall and ceiling on one side. We looked up on top of the roof and to our surprise there was a sloppy patch job that we had no idea was there. It wasn't put there by us and the only other place it was was Appleway rv Spokane. We brought it back in to them to question them, the service manager said it was there that they do a 1 year inspect of roof and must of patched it up. I said is it also normal procedure for you to do such a sloppy job and not say anything to the owners to inform them of potential warning signs.
