Most excellent. Yes they are backed up, but hen they know you are leaving to go camping they get it done.
They actually care about you.
No they are not the cheapest, they deliver on customer service and more than deliver when you need it!

The owner has turned the business over to his young son who has no customer service skills .
The service department does not work with the customer or even try to get the problems repaired.
Everyone is related to each other and no employee can do wrong.
