We tried 3 times to buy the same new RV from this dealership. The final transactiin never occurred. Beware Ancira RV has a "5 day turn around policy", they do not appreciate 3rd party inspections done, they do not do very good PDIs, the customer service is very cold and calculated, they are more concerned with their quotas, and end of month...then when you days away from closing the deal and your inspection reveals a major slide-out issue no one shows you the consumer any sympathy instead they say they don't want to do businesswith you because they can't make you happy. Perhaps a little compassion and less white quota boards that say "NO EXCUSES"!!! This is a cold customer service dealership!!! Show less
