Amazing RVs sucks! We bought a brand new coachman clipper and it had so many issues- 26 issues to be exact. Brought it to get worked on to them they had it for a month and a half didnt fix my smart jack like they said. Wont return our calls. Wont return emails. They sell crap campers and have crap service and customer service!! Do not buy from these people!!!! Show less

If I had to do it over again, I would stay as far away as possible from this dealership. My Brand new Conquest 16RE has had a lot of issues and I have only owned it for 2 days. Wall is separating near dining table, kitchen backsplash is also coming off, drain in sink seal was put on sloppy, cabinet door is warped, the screen was coming off the screen door, dead bolt lock jammed and the propane tank holder is missing(was informed a day before pick-up and told it was reordered) And this is from having it for 2 days. I informed Ken (owner of AmazingRVS) with 2 emails and photos with no response. You will receive sloppy craftsmanship with no responsibilty from Amazing RVs. I paid in full for this RV so Im sure I won't hear back from them. Take your hard earned money and shop where they will take care of you. AmazingRVs is not that place. Show less

Amazing RV's is a nice dealership to work with for sales. They have had some issues as far as service, but, they are working on that. But, warranty service seems to be something that is still a work in progress. I personally have had some issues with the trailer I purchased from them, but, I always remind myself that they did not build it. But, really, a shower curtain that had broken mounts from the factory should have been under warranty - I had to pay for that one. Also, our camper is now in their shop because a tire blew out and damaged the side of the camper. This was caused by the manufacturer installing tires that were already 3 years old when the camper was built. The factory is sending repair parts, and I know it will be fixed correctly, but, this really should not have happened. Someone needed to be responsible for checking tire age on a new camper. Being new to this camper, I would have expected the tires to be new.... Boy, was I surprised, and now know to check this as well. Again, I still recommend this dealership out of all here in the Houston Area. Great team there. Show less
