these people are crooks. looked at a pontoon boat price was 26000 i put down 1000 dollars like they told me they had to have by the time they add all there charges now its 38000 i said its to much i need my deposit back over 2 weeks i don't have my money back yet i think i have to take them to court to get my... read more

Was waited on by Heather. I'll just say that she sure didn't seem too interested in selling me a trailer. Said she would call me back the next day to let me know what the manager said. Nope...never called. We went elsewhere and I actually have a camper better than what was shown to me. Wonder how many sales she loses? Need someting from the parts place. Dominick Cox was wonderfully helpful, going over and beyond what was expected of him. The parts store had just what we wanted. Too bad about Heather.

Terrible customer service! They will never return your phone calls, texts or emails. Once you buy from them they don’t want to know you. After reading all the bad reviews at least I’m not alone. Terrible customer service! They will never return your phone calls, texts or emails. Once you buy from them they don’t want to know you. After reading all the bad reviews at least I’m not alone. Brand new Camper is not even 10 months old and the door lock broke. Should be covered under full warranty but they wanted to charge us to repair it. When I questioned this, no one can respond. They won’t answer their phones unless you call and pretend you are interested in buying a camper and then sales pick up immediately. With so many bad reviews I wonder why they are still in business. I will never recommend doing business with them.

Just took my camper to Alpin Haus on RT. 30, Amsterdam,N.Y. I've been doing this for several years,not a problem. Good price and the service was great. This year however was my last time. Just took my camper to Alpin Haus on RT. 30, Amsterdam,N.Y. I've been doing this for several years,not a problem. Good price and the service was great. This year however was my last time. I was paying $106 or$107 at the most for storage.I winterized it as usual myself. This I called, left a message that I would like to drop my camper off in the afternoon. A nice man called me back to confirm that it was today and already winterized.I said yes and see you soon. Today I paid $161 dollars !!!! Up a jump of $50 bucks just to let it sit on their land.The man I spoke with never said anything at all about a jump in price!!! I'll never go back to Alpin Haus again for ANYTHING. I recommend you don't either. Today is 11/16/2020

Got our camper back after taking too long for service. Its infested with mice. It was clean when it was dropped off. They must make a killing on their mice removal service. Take them out of one camper and set them free in another. Lol... read more

I could write a book. My new camper sat in their shop June-october. Communication was an issue. Drove out 3 hours to see what is going on because of no return calls. My camper depreciated sitting in your shop. No compensation. Finally got it back with a smashed shower door, and infested with mice.... read more

Alpin haus will destroy any happy camping memories you have or dream of having. We payed to have our trailer stored there there 3 years ago and they smashed into another camper while pulling it out .they tried to fix it with caulk(unbelievable).then it was a series of them putting on wrong parts hoping we wou... read more
Alpin haus will destroy any happy camping memories you have or dream of having. We payed to have our trailer stored there there 3 years ago and they smashed into another camper while pulling it out .they tried to fix it with caulk(unbelievable).then it was a series of them putting on wrong parts hoping we wouldn't notice but we did so they would rip it apart again after 3 years and 5 times ripping it apart. on 11/12/19 they said it was done perfect they said you will love it. So I went to pick it up to find a different color J-wrap, seems going the wrong way, water damage on the inside from them ripping it apart then leaving it outside while they waited for parts, they made alterations that were not factory. Alpin haus destroyed our trailer and when called out on all this Edward and Dominic Cox at Alpin haus service told us too bad deal with it. Were not headed to court for a long battle. nobody should have to go through this.
