They were fraudulent and sold us a trailer that was supposed to be brand new minus hail damage, but ended up being a piece of junk. They misrepresented the product and sold us under the impression that there were no issues. It has been in the shop in edmonton for over a month now and the edmonton store manager put blame on both red deer (who had the unit initially) and airdrie (who sold it to us) and said they never should have sold that trailer to us and was surprised as to why they did. I would never EVER have bought from them knowing their dishonesty. They did nothing to remedy the issue and now we are stuck with an rv that basically was falling apart and a sour taste in our mouth. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable rv dealership - not this one! By the way, on the sales paperwork for this trailer, Jake (the salesperson) removed his name from the documents. This is super illegal! I will be reporting them to AMVIC for this! They should lose their license as far as I'm concerned for the shady fly-by-night business they are running!
