I have not found a single listing that they have on RVTrader, that has photos. I can also never find those listings on their website. If I contact them to upload photos, they just want contact information to add me to a mailing list. (Because that's what they did) If I ask them for the direct link to that listing on their website, they "can't help me with that query". The links in the listing that say "view on dealer site" are just a link to their home page. I'm convinced they make BS listings with no photos, at good price points, just to get people to contact them and then try to bait and switch them to something else they're ACTUALLY selling, at a significantly higher price point. This service department is the WORST! They had my RV for weeks, and then I find out they didn't do the repairs they said they would do. It always took 2-3 calls to get them to call me back. They just don't seem to care at all. AVOID at all costs. Show less

Buyer beware Albany and Rv One are the biggest crooks they sold me on according aside in my RV which they didn’t do and when I called them out on it they switched me to roadside assistance instead of that my RV came with rust all on the rig and never cleaned missing parts never got the vacuum cleaner hose or the microwave tray and a couple hundred imperfections that they were supposed to fix that they never fixed The general manager Lerry Ashley is the biggest liar you have a sword in your life The first RV I looked at before they delivered it they told me it was damaged and they had to switch out the RV and they gave me one that was covered in salt and rust do you self a favor and run from this dealership as fast as possible my email address is njs wiring@gmail.com and if you want proof email me I’ll show you pictures of what they did to me Show less

To future RV purchasers. If you are looking to buy a new or used RV, stay as far a way from Albany RV Superstores, 48 Rensselare Ave., Latham, New York, as you can. Their upper management is the worst people that walk the face of the earth. They cheat, lie, have super big attitudes, never return calls, and do not care about you after the sale. I purchase IE: order a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight Bungalow 40 RLTS ON 9/13/2020 with a down payment. The sales man said it should be in around march 2021. On 1/25/2021 drove to the dealership to sign paper work with their finance manager John. He sold us a extra service contracts for the RV. At that time a told him a would buy the extra service contracts, except the road side contract, being I would not need it cause the unit is a park model. So shortly after that I found out he funded all the extra service contracts through the bank over the period of the loan. brought it to their attention, they said do not worry we will refund my money. Next on 3/13/2021 drove back to the dealer ship to pay more money down on RV and paid money for the registration / title fee of 275.00 dollars. When I paid them that money I asked why so much, being I was only buying a title, no plates, again a park model. they told me that is protocol, we charge everyone this fee and then if it is not all used up we will refund you the balance. What a joke ! Here it is today 6/9/2021 and i still did not received my plate refund. I call the dealer ship at least once a week to see where my refund is. The office manager Cathy tells me so many lies, I do not think she remembers who she talks to. She first says they do not cut checks motor vehicle dose. Weeks go buy I call again she said the check was mailed on Wednesday, you should have it by Saturday. Still no check call again this time I was a little aggressive, she hung up .Then I get a call from their store manager TJ Houser. What a lying attitude ass hole this guy is. he said for me not to talk mean to his office manger like i did or he will do nothing for me and I would not be able to come to their store again. So now I waited a few more weeks no check, I call again. Spoke to Cathy again she now tells me that no one at Albany RV cuts checks they come from their accounting office in Georgia. that she look it up and she would call them to get send right a way. So now it brings us to today 6/9/21. Call again speak to Cathy again. Asked her why is keeps lying to me and what the real problem is. Got into a shouting match she hung up. Now I enough call T J OF COURSE HE DOSE NOT ANSWER, left nasty message. Then I look up their accounting department, call them and told them what happen. They checked it out and told me that they just got the paper work for my refund on 5/25/21. So what I am trying to say is the management at Albany RV are lying cheating un business like people. Therefore I would recommend not to buy anything from them. Every thing I stated is the truth. If people think I spend my time writing this review cause I have nothing better to do you are totally wrong. I AM A VERY NICE PERSON UNTILL YOU PISS ME OFF ! I worked with these people for months and all they did was B S ME. I feel they where taking advantage of me. I am a handicap person in a wheel chair and they treated me like crap. And now today I treated them like crap and they are totally pissed. They should not be in business. They are very un business like, money hungry, and try to rip you off ! Just google Albany RV REVIEWS ALL THOSE PEOPLE CAN NOT BE WRONG. Oh by the way as I am wring this review I just got a phone call from T J Houser telling me that he is going to overnight my check and I can no longer come to Albany RV or do any business with them. What a ass this guy is. I was not ever going to do business with them a month ago. I was just waiting for my RV to get fixed and my refund. This dose not bother me, they are loosing out, I made two big purchases with them. There are many other places to buy RV'S. In closing I suggest you do not buy your RV from them. I have nothing bad to say about this dealer, they have a great selection of new and used RVs ranging from affordable bace model RVs to expensive high end ones. They have great salesmen who greet you as soon as you walk door. Also they have a large selection of camping gear. Show less
