I would never buy or recommend them to anyone Bill is rude and they lie right to your face they said they checked our washer and dryer all works great kind hard to run it with the valves shut off along side the washer. My last stop here was 5 years ago and have a terrible experience then. I need a part so I thought I would give them one LAST shot. Parts guy John and the desk staff have no idea of parts. Terrible bedside manner and a complete lack of accountability for claiming to have one thing, you arrive and they have something totally different. A total waste of time to buy from or even stop at!! They salesman was great to deal with . Picked are unit online, showed up did a walk through and out the door in les then 30min .the problem starts with there device department. They lack basic communication and simply seamed not to care about are problems. Always had a excuse why they did not have a part or an excuse when it took weeks longer to fix simple stuff. Show less
