DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. NO INTEGRITY!! Drove over 2000 miles one way to purchase a trailer. It took me a long time to find it, nothing available local. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. NO/LOUSY customer service. Put down a deposit, it was then me, calling, attempting to communicate. There are many questionable business practices at the dealership. For example, why, when paying cash for a $999 hitch, does that amount show in the purchase price of the trailer? And why, when asked, can't I get a receipt for the hitch purchase? Sketchy, don't you think? Then, I find out when I get back to Arizona that flaws that were "supposedly fixed" were not. The dealer lied. The sales part went very good. My first time out I found water leaks on both sinks and the toilet which I fixed myself. The soap dispenser is missing and the backup camera does not work. I sent 4 emails and 3 texts explaining what was wrong with only 1 being answered. That answer was I would be contacted by the service department which never happened. When you leave their lot don't expect any help after that. I will never buy from them again, they left me with no other choice but to write this as they pretty much have ignored me. Show less

We bought a brand new trailer from AC Nelson several years ago and while our buying experience was wonderful, buckle up if you need service! Our trailer was broken into and our door needed to be replaced. Dealing with the woman who was in charge of service at that point was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!! I won't go into details, but it was so bad that we swore we'd never step foot in there again. Fast forward to 2020. We found the camper of our dreams, but unfortunately it was at AC Nelson. We really had to put a lot of thought into it, but went ahead and took the risk and bought it. Once it came time to make an appointment for our 1 year warranty tweaking, I was filled with dread. Guess what....complete turnaround! The service department was a delight to deal with, and everything went super smooth! Jim Azara was especially helpful. He fixed all the items on our list with no problem, had excellent communication throughout, and went out of his way to explain everything to my husband when he picked the camper up. Horrible to work with can’t fix anything sure my camper leaked on the lot and still sold it to me said they fixed the leaks but now floor is bad back for the 2nd time to fix the same thing. Never but from these people Show less
