This dealership is awful. They have no parts and their service department is pathetic. We put our name on the list for service last fall and waited until May for them to call us with timing. Nothing. We emailed them asking where we were on the list, and they replied that they only service RVs purchased at their dismal dealership. 6 months on a list that goes nowhere. Terrible business. Buyer Beware, 1000 Islands RV Centre has the worst after sale customer service. Once they cash your cheque it is impossible to get a return call from any employee, including Service Advisors, Service Manager, Sales Manager and General Manager. If you are thinking of buying from 1000 Islands RV Centre, be aware that you will not get any after sale support. After buying a brand-new RV for $80K from 1000 Islands RV Centre I spent 6 weeks calling and leaving messages hoping to get a return call to help schedule a service appointment to fix a few issues and some warranty work on the new RV. Every single message left including requests with reception to please have somebody help and return a call was ignored. I cannot include all details of their ignoring phone calls and requests for help as it would be too long and unbelievable to read. This includes Sales Manager and General Manager both refusing to get involved and help a customer. Also, we had to get the Manufacturer involved to force 1000 Islands RV Centre to provide parts that were included in the purchase. 1000 Islands RV Centre will take your money and then never return a call, deliver on promises, or provide any help and support. BRUTAL!!! Do not purchase from this business!! Bought our 1 trailer not knowing if we’d like bought used on salesman rec. after using with our kids 2xfor weeks we realized we liked but the trailer didn’t meet size req for our family. 1000 islands didn’t have inventory so we bought unknowingly from sister company. Upon inspection for trade in we’re were SHOCKED! After 2 months depreciation we were being given 5000 less then we paid. Here’s the real kicker — the person doing our inspection adv the entire floor was rotten and would cost another 3000 to repair. He said it was obvious owners had tried to hide as they’d placed a metal plate under floor by door to hold it together and then tried to hide by placing hardwood flooring on. Upon buying we asked the salesman about bump and he replied it was cosmetic wood swells. Not knowing we’d bought trailer at 1000.islands Rv the manager at sister dealer made it VERY clear we’d been taken adv of from this purchase from 1000 islands. We have made dozens of calls since beginning of August to reach manager at 1000 he refuses to take our call. Salesman we bought from at 1000 islands said it was our problem. Found them very professional and friendly and have gone out of there way to help . Unfortunately They have to deal with Forest River for warranty making it difficult to do there job ie no answer and inbox full Show less
