BBEWARE AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! We purchased a 2022 Forrest River Heritage Glen 378FL last February 28, 2022. Diane the sales lady was so sweet, nice, and helpful. But once I wrote that with trade in and washer/dryer combo $80,000 check OKRV Mrs. Diane all of them done! Plus it’s impossible to get them to answer their phone UNLESS YOU CALL SALES THEN THEYLL PICK UP! She promised us the man who would be delivering it to us would be able to help us set it up…no no and more no he was a sweet man but way old he didn’t know how to even park it. When we called because we had questions for hot water tank they yelled and said we burnt it up and if we did we’d be paying for it. They want me to tow it to them. I said no these are things that should’ve been done to begin with. I got lied to. The Rv will not get above 80 degrees and that with two box fans AC blasting and Forrest River manufacturing is awful too! Trust me there’s so much I can’t even type it all it too much! JUST CHECK BBB OUT BEFORE YOU BUY AN RV! I’m going to report them there as well. Goodluck and I hope this will help someone not to go thru mental stress as we have. Show less
