This dealership experience was a tie with the worst ever. They lied about the purchase agreement, saying I could provide my own financing or they would seek a good rate. When I arrived with a check from my own bank, they were nasty about it. They lied to us about the condition of the unit, saying it was new and had only 17 miles when it actually had 66 miles and 24 generator hours. It had serious scratches and rock chips that they refused to address at delivery. They failed to deliver the unit clean, fueled and fully ready for service. They lied about needed parts being on order. After delivery, they continued to be completely incapable of addressing the issues. While the service manager tried to address these issues, he was not able to do it. They may provide good service work, but I can't report that as I don't want to deal with them ever again.
I've worked in the Auto service and sales industry for 24 years. Dealerships like this are intentionally abusive because they want to deceive you. Shame on me for trusting them; shame on them for being liars and not caring about their customers.

The generator had over 20 hours on it. They delivered it dirty inside, with items not working, and only 1/2 tank of fuel. They said "parts are on order". That was not true; nothing was ever ordered. Service and parts were not able to communicate with each other about the parts order. Our delivery person vanished and no one helped us with these issues except our salesman. Renegade made good on everything. They were great. The dealership sales management are just dishonest. Period.

We returned to La Mesa Rv in Tucson for a used class A trading in a 2010 class c. Happy our salesman lied about the unit “top of the line well cared for” after settling on a price somewhere 1k disappeared. We liked the unit so we went a head buying the unit a Winnebago Sun Star. The first thing that set off alarms was the front black tank pump was not hooked up right the pump was covered in a foot of poop. I cleaned up the mess and fixed. Next we found overspray paint on the windshield. A sign it had been wrecked. The hood bracket on the drivers side was broken loose we took it back for repairs “in the contract” drove home 20 miles now the one that WAS ok is now missing and the one they fixed is broken loose again. Took it back they charged me $437 to fix their screw up they had the unit for a month. They couldn’t even wipe their feet as entry carpet was black.
The seals on every window on the left side are gone in damp weather they fog up for this they want $800 each
At the pickup I found the front grill had been hit unbelievable
It is a nice unit but the problems take away the smile.

We bought the 2022 keystone cruiser aire new 10/2022. We bought our previous heartland tt 11/2017. What we liked about this dealership was the selection and price. What we don't like is the fact that we needed service on our brand new rig immediately after arriving home due to not having hot water or heat ( the heating system still isn't working properly, even tho it's been serviced twice) . There were 3 main things that needed servicing, so we made an appointment ( earliest date was a month later ) . Unfortunately, only one of the 3 things was truly fixed..the other 2 we're just dealing with becuz it doesn't seem to be a way for the service dept. to get the work done. Probably won't recommend la mesa or it's service dept.

My issue is totally with the state of Arizona and not being able to produce a title for my fifth wheel for 6 yes 6 months or I guess i should say a correct title and get it to post office to be mailed out . As for the state of South Dakota requires a paper title for my registration. Finally I got ahold of right person at La Mesa and we got it done. So dealership was great to do business with.

Parts department can’t seem to get the right parts or all the parts the first try. As far as dealer warranty or support goes, they don’t seem to care once the sale is completed. Once my unit was out of warranty I started taking it somewhere else to have work done on it.

I always believed "Dealer Prep" meant the dealer would actually prepare the RV, but at La Mesa RV in Tuscon, it actually means "Prepare to Damage" a brand new unit.
We ordered a Winnebago Spyder and upon delivery, the ladder was sheared off at the roof, exterior trim was buckling and worst of all, a 5 year old dead battery was put into the RV and the new battery taken out.
The dealer did not "prep" the RV at all, but just made excuses as to why it damaged and not ready. They did get us a new battery, which was so sweet of them to offer.
The Spyder comes with new axles which do not have any leaf springs. There were 1/2-inch bows in the square tube steel, which has always been a red flag for an overloaded trailer. The sales person knew nothing about these new axles, how they worked, if the bend was intentional or not, and so we spent 20 minutes looking at other new trailers with similar findings. Had he known something about what he was selling, i would have not wasted all this time being concerned.
We were very dissatisfied with the Dealer, and the salesperson who just wanted to try to sell us extended warranties for an outrageous price.
