I bought the RV on September 1, 2024 and still have not received it as they sold it to me with a title with a lien on it and 27 days later, I still cannot get a lien release, so I have still not received my RV. I have contacted the dealer over and over and they told me I had to wait seven days for my cashiers check to clear and then after that, I found out they did not have the title, then, when they did have the title it has a lien on it from a bank inMaryland, and they have been unable to get a release on the lien. Therefore, no proof they are in the RV. This should’ve been done before they ever sold it! Show less

In April of 2022 my wife and I traded in our 2016 Keystone Bullet travel trailer for a NEW 2022 Keystone Bullet 258RKS model....what a mistake! We were so excited about the beautiful floor plan and the new trailer for our family to enjoy camping at the beach and tailgating with friends and family (Penn State games and watching our daughter play field hockey at college). On our first trip out...the problems started...We arrived at our first camping spot to find the fridge latch broken and our food all over the floor! That was not the only issue on that trip...as we closed the awning prior to going out for dinner as a precaution (wind), the arm locked up and bent. We spent a few hours on the phone while on vacation trying to remedy all the issues. Our salesman encouraged us to continue to use the RV for the summer and bring in the unit for repairs at the end of the season (Do campers really have an end of the season?) As recommended by the dealer, we gave a list of all the issues with the RV (Awning, fridge frosting up, control panels falling off wall every time we drive unit, front corner cap looks like it was patched or not correctly sealed, kitchen table latch defective, etc.) We gave up our fall trips and dropped the unit off in September of 2022. We called the dealership to check on repairs through the winter...We picked up the trailer at the end of March 2023 and set out for our trips. From the first trip, in the new year we found issues again. The grey tank handle was missing when we went to empty our tank. The control panel would continue to come loose off the wall and need to be re-screwed after arriving at each destination. The fridge continues to frost up and we are constantly adjusting the temperature to ensure food stays cool. We also duct tape the fridge every trip b/c the latch is so cheap and not secure. It was the summer of 2023 that our trailer began having even more issues. The 258RKS is unique in that the slide out is on the picnic side of the camper. The slide is very close to the main entry door. We began to notice the difficulty of the entry door closing (even when the camper is perfectly level) with the slide out. Many heated talks of 'why are you slamming the door'? We also noticed our bathroom door and bedroom door not properly closing or securing (adjusted lock mechanism many times throughout the season). We closed the camper for the season in late October...winterized and covered. When we set out for our spring trips we noticed the entry door becoming more of an issue and found in late June of 2024 the wall between the slide and entry door moves tremendously when putting the slide in and out. We reached out to Keystone Manufacturing direct. They recommended us to bring in the trailer for service. We were unable to bring the unit in for service until September of 2024. However, at the end of July prior to going out on a family vacation we noticed some bubbling in the walls in the bedroom. (Severe leak and bubbling). We went on vacation and while camping also noticed the outside wall separating from the front cap trim. We again contacted Keystone manufacturing...they requested us to have the trailer evaluated once at the dealership in September. We traveled home with duct tape again on the outside of camper to ensure the side panel would not fly off the camper or become even worse in traveling down the road. The local dealership service department evaluated the trailer and determined a broken weld (near the entry door/slide area, also the leak and other issues). They determined that the trailer would need over 80+ hours of service repairs to fix. Keystone has granted only 20 hours of work...they are willing to authorize the repair of the broken weld, but nothing else. Keystone is stating that the leak and wall separation on the front cap area is customer neglect. That we should have ensured our camper was properly sealed. I truly believe the camper leak, wall separation is due to the wall shifting and weld break... Let me just state, my family and I take great pride in our vehicles and trailer. I continue to wash, clean, wax, inspect and ensure the our vehicles look good. My wife says I spend to much time cleaning and maintaining. I am sick having in my possession a trailer that is a little over two years old with such issues and problems. We spent a lot of money on this Keystone product and I am at a loss of words on how Keystone is not taking responsibility of such a poorly designed and manufactured product. Excellent Travel Trailer. This is perfect for majority of owners, high quality, and has everything needed. It is compact, yet capable to even live in! Excellent Floorplan that makes the most use of space. Easily driven using any half-ton truck. Show less

I owned the trailer 16 months ,the roof leaks and the dealership wants me to pay for it. I have to get a lawyer to get it fixed. 3 year warranty is a crock! Keystone even lists a 20 year roof warranty, ha ha ha!I would suggest that others heed my warning to not buy a Keystone or from Bish's RV. Show less

This small travel trailer is perfect for couples. I love the floor plan, especially being able to access the bed and closets from both sides. The large full bathroom is definitely a plus and my 6’ husband can comfortably stand in the shower. The electric awning and tongue jack are great for us older folks. We replaced the plastic toilet with a porcelain one that won’t crack. Winterizing is fairly easy, as is re-coating the roof. We loved the ease of towing with our Jeep. Even fully loaded, the unit was easy to pull. The finishes inside are very nice! Even better than some comparable newer units we looked at before purchasing the Springdale mini. Best unit you can get under $20,000 in my opinion! Show less

Purchased a 2023 Keystone Montana in May 2024. This was a new unit left over from 2023. Day (1) when we got the unit home, the front right slide wouldn't open. We took it back to Camping World and they replaced the motor on the slide. We brought it home and took our first camping trip in mid-June. The toilet in the master bath leaked water around the base and down into the storage. The electrical receptacles on both sides of the bed were not working. Not good when you're required to use a CPAP machine to sleep at night. AND the front left slide will not open. We took the unit back to Camping World on June 22, 2024, for manufactured repairs. As of August 5, 2024, the repairs are not completed, and they still have our new unit. We've planned and paid for a Summer full of camping trips with this new purchase. Slowly, but surely, we're watching dollar signs fly out of the window as we're unable to take our planned trips or get our money back from this "Luxury 5th wheel" as it's referred to by Keystone. after reading all the reviews, I am so sorry we did not further research this travel trailer before we purchased it. We are experiencing many of the same issues and this RV is only a year and a half old. we also were denied the opportunity to turn on the electricity and water prior to taking the unit off the lot. Also dealership would not clean the unit as they said they did not have staffing available due to Covid. This has been a nightmare every trip we go on there is a multitude of problems, I have a big cup filled with the screws and miscellaneous items that have fallen off the rv. As of now we are in Maine with a slide out that will not retract or go out. Why hasn’t anybody looked into a class action lawsuit against Keystone we would certainly be willing to participate , good luck to everybody. Hope you have a better experience than we have. Had. We are looking to get rid of the RV and know that we are going to take a massive financial hit. Advice would be greatly appreciated. Show less

We purchase this 2019 Montana 2019 this last March. First time we used it couldn’t watch tv unless bedroom light was on, a/c in living room was so loud and wouldn’t shut off. The underbelly fell off while we were traveling to South Dakota, microwave only worked on one button, got it all fixed then new microwave and fireplace kept flashing and outlets wouldn’t work. We had a 2020 sandpiper and wish we would have kept it. Really disappointed in this Montana!!!!!they just Jerry rigged the under belly and think they hit a wire to cause the flickering. Still isn’t fixed. When we first brought it home my husband noticed stress cracks on the front The manufacturer said will repair it but we have to drive 5 hours to where they will fix it. Show less

Tankless water heater stopped working after one week and being under warranty keystone would not refund the full amount we paid to replace it. We had many issues with our 2024 alpine. I doubt we’ll ever get another one. Very disappointed. Very expensive living. Show less

We love this RV, we have 2 kids and the bunk space was perfect for them. There is also a lot of storage under the lower bunk. The kitchen has everything you need and big closet when you walk in the door. It also has a 2nd door in the bathroom so you can just come in from the outside and get right in the shower or to use the restroom without going in the rest of the camper. Ours had 2 AC units so keeping the camper cool was never a problem. Lots of space in the master as well. Overall great camper and we never had any issues. Show less
